Dr. Minzter put us at ease immediately. He coached us on how to create a calm environment for our daughter and then he developed an amazing rapport with her. He was able to perform an exam on her without her even knowing! It was like watching a magician. And he explained everything to us as he was performing the exam. She ultimately needed to get some eye drops, so there were some tears, but I never doubted Dr. Minzter's care for her. Terry, his assistant was a big help too! After the appointment, our daughter gave him a big hug - it was unbelievable. I am still in awe and I want to rent Dr. Minzter for bath time. He is professional, kind thorough and accurate. Aside from the routine periodic care, I have needed to see him on an urgent basis about a half dozen times. He always has time for patients with urgent needs. Each and every time he proceeded to give me a full exam, and some additional measures to make sure his findings are correct.
