Mattison Crossing gave my mom a two day notice to move him into memory care. Since we still own his house in East Freehold, we got him a live-in and moved him out. Mattison Crossing says that we have to give them a thirty day notice to move out if the facility to prep for the next resident. The other day, my mom got a bill in the mail for $20,000 because we refused to pay for April and May. She took pictures of herself outside of the facility and pictures with timestamps of his empty apartment before May 1. Earlier in February, there was a massive norivurus outbreak (or a stomach flu). Nobody cleaned the place so my grandpa had it for several days and everyone in my family, except for me, got the disease. We've had to cancel several family events during the time and we fell behind in after school curricular activities because we were out the whole month. My uncle visited from California in March to celebrate his 50th. He went to see my grandpa and got sick the day of his birthday dinner. The food at the place is unhealthy and greasy. The pancakes, salads, and various other meals are a grease bath. They ran out of ice cream for a couple of days back in the late fall of 2024. We moved my grandpa into Mattison Crossing to give my mom a break from his drama. It seems like since the move there has been more drama. $9000 a month for little to no care is what you get at this place. It is better to have a live-in full time because it costs less. Mattison Crossing can go burn in hell.

They choose to get more bang for their buck by cutting corners with outsourcing. Don't sell your family's health short. Look for a reputatable agency that has your loved one's best interests at heart. Run, run, run!!!

They have not only been willing to help find solutions to our problems with caring for our mother and her particular medical conditions, they have checked in frequently to get input and feedback as to any concerns, issues or questions we may have. They have been very proactive in their approach and services and it has provided our family such a relief and sense of calm. Communication and coordination of services has been spot-on. This is the first time we used non-family/friends in a paid care situation. We made the mistake of believing a recommendation and not interviewing the caregiver prior to assignment. Lack of follow-up by Life Force management after a post employment call from Life Force left us viewing this as the $2200.00 lesson on what can go wrong with bringing strangers in your home

Note compassion of the caregiver employee NOT the "angelic" company. If these folks are "angelic", I hope I never see heaven. A true blemish on the healthcare community. Run as fast as you can. They were all wonderful and caring and accommodating people. But with my uncle, Angelic Health was the absolute worst care anyone who is dying will want to encounter. And the disrespect for the family wishes were absolutely unbelievable. There is definitely Medicare fraud going on here. Their report and my uncle's medical records did not match the Medicare bills and they employ nurses who take over for God and tried to kill my uncle. They were nasty and condescending to the family. And the people at the top have no idea what they are doing or what is going on. Please stay clear of this hospice!! There are definitely better ones in the area.
