I arrived 10 minutes early like they said I had to and finally at 4pm 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment someone brought me back into a room where I waited another 20 minutes the physician assistant not even a real Dr came in talked to me for about 5 minutes told me I needed an injection but I would have to go to Gurnee for it. Went up to the front and the girl informed me that they only have Fridays available which doesn't work for me because that is an extremely busy day at work for me not to mention Gurnee is really far for me. The girl next to her had this smug look on her face like she was about to laugh. I don't think people with that kind of an attitude have any business working in a medical office.
