The MRI technologist was amazing, very helpful and he did a great job of making sure I was comfortable and not scared. He also took extra care to make double sure that my ear plugs were in good before we started the mri because it gets so loud in there. They gave me a cd with the copy of the images on it before I left and the report was finished and sent to my email a day earlier than expected. They did a phenomenal job from start to finish!

I was so surprised there were few or no reviews on chemo treatment centers. I love my Yelp reviews for restaurants and services but this seemed so necessary as I was choosing my care. The infusion center is great. Super clean, new, and aesthetically beautiful. The free valet is a plus since so many centers are short on parking. One less thing to worry about. The location is great and offers a lot of things to do for any of those waiting for loved ones to get their treatments. The staff is INCREDIBLE. That is so important when you are going through this. Every single nurse, scheduler, admin and operator have been helpful, kind and compassionate. The unit is comfy. Great lounge chair that are new and not torn up or worn out! (As I have seen in others). It is a bit chilly, so bring a blanket. There are plugs at every chair for charging and plugging in my electric throw!! They have the Paxman scalp cooling system which was very important to this Yelper. For those that don't know, it is for hair retention during chemo. If you have to do this, this is a great environment with a wonderful vibe.

Green Imaging and Dr. Dickerson offered very reasonable rates for this situation. Dr. Dickerson emailed me directly and was very accessible. The staff were pleasant and well trained. The young man who did my MRI was so nice. I was very nervous as I have a bit of claustrophobia, he talked me through the procedure and made me feel safe and comfortable. My results were available to my physician the same day. If you need an MRI or other specialized service, please give the folks at Green Imagining the opportunity to quote you a price.

The way medicine should be!…read more Dr. Dickerson and her team (onsite, we interacted primarily with Ricky her MRI tech) provided exemplary, high-value and compassionate care in ways that are simply unimaginable in today's healthcare environment. We paid a fraction of the typical cost for an MRI (with interpretation included) AND got a call from the interpreting radiologist the day after the exam (on a weekend, no less) to review the findings. Seriously, the cost for the WHOLE exam was less than a typical post-insurance copay charge. She gives you the information you need and speaks to you in a soothing manner. She always was full of hugs. That made me feel so good at such a dark time in my life. When you are her patient, it is not the best time in your life. I was diagnosed with breast cancer and she was recommended to me by my surgeon Dr. Bonefas. I told my BFF who I was seeing. Low and behold, my BFF had taught Dr. Joyner's children. Small world. After meeting her, I could totally see myself hanging out with this woman. Her personality is delightful and she has a great sense of humor. I know you would not think that at a time like this your doctor would be cracking jokes. She wasn't, it was me. My humor kept me going. When it reached a point that I could no longer take the pain to go to work, Dr. Joyner wrote a note so I could work from home. No one needed to hear me moaning and groaning. I really was hoping that I could make it the entire time and be in the office. Yeah not so much. In addition to her being so knowledgeable and kind, her staff is amazing. From the receptionist, her nurse Suzanne, the techs (sorry guys I can only recall one name) Dale and the two gals. Everyone was great. Going to radiation therapy is no walk in the park whatsoever. And Dale was on the money when he said it will get worse before it gets better. Good golly! I called and spoke to Dr. Joyner and she is going to write another note. She made sure I had meds to help with the pain and gave me further instructions on what to slather myself with. It is a journey. If you are looking for an oncologist/radiologist, I cannot imagine anyone in the Houston area any finer than Dr. Joyner. She is a doll and knows her stuff! 1,000 Halley puppies wag their tails and look for the techs and yell "Who's Deanna?" If your doctor refers you here, just ask them to fax the request to a different company and don't bother yourself with this place. They have poor scheduling practices, last minute changes, and poor customer service. I had my MRI scheduled for weeks and they called me the night before to make a change with no explination. I ended up getting my MRI at Cherry Hills Imaging and they were wonderful to work with.
