From the…read morereceptionist, Patricia Black, to the X-Ray technician, Jimmy Pedder, to the MRI Tech, Marquita Fountain, I was treated with kindness, concern, and a willingness to help me check in easily, move through each test quickly and easily and care given to me during the MRI which went above and beyond a normal experience. I was so impressed with this facility that I went and asked for each of these people's names. The building is in a strip center so there is no parking garage. I parked, went in, and Ms. Pat helped me fill out the form very quickly. Each person was kind, polite, concerned, and seemed to genuinely care about my experience while I was there. I cannot give this center a high enough review. They were excellent!! Jimmy Pedder took my X-rays and was efficient and quick. Special thanks to Marquita for taking my "claustrophobic" concerns to heart and making sure I was comfortable while I was in the machine. Ten stars from me!! Never going anywhere else for imaging!

This was my first time visiting this location, and unfortunately, my experience at the front desk…read morewas very disappointing. The young man who checked me in spent most of the time looking at his phone and sending voice messages about things that were clearly unrelated to work. His customer service was minimal, and he showed very little courtesy toward patients. While I was waiting, I also witnessed him interrupt an older lady before she could even finish saying her name, abruptly asking for her ID instead. It came across as rude and unprofessional. Fortunately, not everything about my visit was negative. The CT technologist who performed my exam, Forest (like the movie), was outstanding. He was friendly, patient, professional, and very communicative. He explained every step of the procedure, made sure I felt comfortable, and found my vein on the very first attempt, which is usually very difficult. His professionalism and kindness completely changed my experience for the better. The front desk staff creates the first impression of a medical facility, and I hope they receive additional training in customer service and professionalism. On the other hand, Forest deserves recognition for providing exceptional patient care. He is a great asset to this facility.

I was in and out, and the service was so great! The person who took my imaging was kind, gentle and calm. I had called them a week ago inquiring about my refund and I was told to call back after a week and now when I did, this is how I was treated. I was charged a wrong copay and all i wanted to know was when I will receive the refund because my insurance had already paid them but instead she responded that she does not know and it could take years because there are only 2 ladies in billing department and so many locations. Interestingly, once I inquired further that you must know something or is there someone who would be able to answer me, she responds back with more rude responses when I told her that my insurance company will contact to clear any confusion, she responded with WOW!!! I told her you are being very rude when I am polite and she futher disrespects. Becareful, when you pay them, billing department is not going to help you. You will have to reach out to your insurance and complain. UPDATE: Someone called me back from the facility and already apologized which I greatly appreciate.

They charge you in advance, but if insurance covers the cost, they do not credit you money back. If you call them and ask about, they jut put you on hold for hours, or never return your call.

Her discovery of this issue helped unravel whey she had been experiencing nausea and other things - it was from there that we decided to get labwork done and learned that my mom was extremely low on potassium. Absolutely spectacular set of buildings, glowing blue and white and silver in the night. One of the true glorious architectural wonders of the Houston area. Three stars for the hospital itself but 5 stars for the beautiful structure, and many of the reputable and admirable clinics and services located within. We've dealt with probably 70 different offices among the hundreds that are located here, and are happy to say we have friends in many of them. Very impressive indeed. I didn't make it past registration. As I left my house for my scheduled 7am imaging appointment I…read morereceived a call from MHIS telling me I was suppose to be there at 6:30am to register. Really? No one told me. A voice oozing condensation replied "You're suppose to be on the table at 7, we'll see if the technician can fit you in, we'll need to move your appointment". Since I live w/in a couple shakes to the MCMHH complex I rushed over, parked & hoofed it to the check-in counter. There was a patient getting checked in so I stood the required distance & the lady behind the counter told me to stand on the rectangle sticker that was in front of me & slightly to the left. OK, I thought we have someone with a control issue. A short wait & it was my turn. I was given some paperwork & was told that they "would have to call to see if the technician can see you". Whilst filling out the 1 page questionnaire, I noticed another person chatting up the lady that was suppose to call the technician. I noticed she did not make a call & figured she was taking her time. I gave her my paperwork & was a bit surprised when she said the tech would "fit me in between appointments". Huh, how do you know? Unless this was standard protocol for when someone was late. So no phone call but pretending you were doing me a favor. Got it. I was directed to registration & made my way to another desk & sat down. A few clicks & I was told "Your payment will be $XXX". No one told me that. No one called me to tell me to show up a half hour before my appointment. No on called to tell me what to do or not to do before my appointment (could I have coffee or water, eat??). I was told "we left you a message". Like that explains everything. I don't recall getting a voicemail. So I stood up & started walking away. The last thing I heard was "You can pay half today" as I walked out the door. No thanks to this poorly run imaging center. No thanks to the veiled rudeness as they try to come across all helpful & whatnot. No thanks.

I have been getting mammograms from this location for over 15 years. The staff are alway helpful,…read morenice & discreet. Check-in is a breeze & the main lobby area is nice, clean & comfortable. After check-in you are taken to the waiting room where you are given a robe & short tour guiding you to the lockers for your personal items & advising you to relax in the spa like atmosphere of the waiting area. The waiting area reminds me of a spa & there is a coffee station offering a variety of coffees, teas & crackers. The many mammogram technicians that I have seen over the years have been patient, communicative & gentle on the girls. For something so intrusive as a mammogram this place makes up for it by treating you like a queen.

They even had appointments available the week I called. The location is very convenient to my home and work. The facility is clean and manicured nicely with pretty shrubs. When I arrived the day of, I was immediately greeted by Jewel. The waiting area was nicely decorated, immaculate and furnished well. I had to sign a couple items, but then everything else was done via an iPad. Love that! I waited maybe 4 minutes and then I was taken back to the dressing room. They have a cute little locker system for your personal belongings with names of inspirational women in history. Today, I was Anne Frank. Michelle came to get me after I removed the proper articles of clothing. Michelle is great! You forget you're naked, and that was helpful. She was super friendly and professional. I was so happy to have her as my technician. I can tell she really cares. She repeated one frame for good measure. I'm happy she did. It shows she is thorough. I was a little nervous before my appointment. I wasn't sure what to expect. I booked my next appointment immediately after my scheduled appointment today. I love this place! Jewel and Michelle, you'll never know how your kindness and professionalism impacted me today. You are both wonderful! The one thing that was confusing was the parking. This building is located behind Federal American Grill right off the feeder road if the highway. The tiny, and I mean T-I-N-Y, parking garage seems to only be reserved, although the sign clearly reads "Visitors". I was anxious and in a hurry, so it could have been my mistake not seeing where to park. Regardless, it's easier if you park down the way from the Federal American Grill restaurant and walk into the building on the side. Solis Mammography is directly to the left as you walk in on the first floor. Easy peasy. Again, I highly recommend this place!
