This place is pure trash. The technicians that operate the diagnostic equipment are always amazing but the front desk staff are the worst. One Saturday I came in and their Internet was down? So they were unable to find my doctors order. When I came back, she asked if I had a physical copy of the order. I did not. Because why? She told me they couldn't perform the x ray. I asked if she was serious. She said yes. I asked if she had the order on her computer and she said oh! It looks like we do. If you come here, make sure they check the computer that is directly in front of them. Because apparently they don't usually do that. read more

I would not recommend this place. There are a lot of other great places to get an MRI, so choose a different one. If your doctor refers you here, just ask them to fax the request to a different company and don't bother yourself with this place. They have poor scheduling practices, last minute changes, and poor customer service. I had my MRI scheduled for weeks and they called me the night before to make a change with no explination. I ended up getting my MRI at Cherry Hills Imaging and they were wonderful to work with. read more

I had appointment today at 11am to be there at 10:30am when I got there I checked in and the front desk lady name SYDNEY helped me out and I forgot to bring my doctor referral so I called my doctor right away to fax it to them. My doctor went ahead and fax it right at the moment and Sydney she didn't even put me in the system but she charged the money in my car. And she didn't even bother to check for the fax. She made me wait for 1 hour so I had to came back in and did everything over again with a different lady. Worst customer service ever! read more

I wish I had a better outcome to report with Fort Bend Imaging. The location is convenient for me and the staff is friendly. I had two tests done in one day. The wrong report was sent to the wrong doctor, and the correct report still had not been sent to the right doctor 3 weeks later. Granted, the tests were done during the holidays (that Black Hole week between Christmas and New Year's where nothing seems to get done on schedule), but there's no excuse for why it's taken this long to get my results to the right doctor. Convenient or not, I am beyond disappointed and will not use them in the future. read more

Front desk lady was nice, but the lady radiologist was impatient and in a rush to finish up and leave. She was handling my 85 year old mother very roughly. Equipment is also dated, they didn't have beds which could be lowers for the convenience of those who cannot climb. Stools were narrow and not meant to manage elderlies or large framed adults. My mother, who never criticizes, even said that what type of pathetic place have you brought me to. Won't be going there again. read more

I'm giving one star because there isn't negative stars. Worst customer service I've ever encountered. I have had an apt scheduled for two weeks, I have called every single day to find out the cost of the procedure. I have been told "mam you're not the only patient" Apparently, they don't tell you the cost till the day before the procedure, but according to the front desk you can still call and "nag" every day up until you get the information you need. My concern is if they're this bad in this situation, it can only get worse. I do not want to have to call consistently to get my results. I wish my doctor would not have referred me here. Thankfully, there is another option with way better customer service than this place will ever be able to offer. read more

I came here to get some a chest xray for school. I wish there was more parking space available for customers. It gets annoying walking from long distances when it starts raining. Walking into the place I noticed they had a few tv screens and a lot of seats available. The staff were helpful and nice. The process however took way too long. I stayed at the place for over 2 hours to get an xray when there was barely anyone at the place. I'm not sure why it took so long but I definitely started getting annoyed when others that arrived later than me started going in earlier. I would go back because the staff are really nice but definitely on a day where I have nothing else to do and not crunched for time. read more

I had a good experience with Fort Bend Imaging. I called to book my appointment and and was given instructions on what to bring. I was informed of the cost of each procedure, but did not have to pay until after it was submitted to my insurance. When I got lost trying to find their location I was given helpful directions . Worst imaging clinic I have ever been to, so unorganized. No sort of notification system. Also patients are all left in the dark . Also how is insurance payment more than cash? Why don't y'all take appointments online ......That's interesting. I sat and waited from 12:09pm til 2pm before getting my Xray done - there isn't even a big wait in the room. Definitely should have read the reviews before coming here my very first and very last visit. First of all, there is no handicapped parking or ramp near the entrance. People with disabilities frequent this place so why no thought was given to that small detail for some. As previous reviews state the front desk staff are very unprofessional and lack any sort of customer service whatsoever. No smile, no greeting, no acknowledgment of a fake customer service persona within these people. My orders were faxed STAT on 2/13, I have the confirmation from the doctor's office, yet they sent me home to get it along with my insurance card, which was also sent over with my orders. I go home and come back to a waiting room full of people without appointments, just a complete lack of respect for the patients' time to make them come without any idea of how long the wait is likely to last. I finally get to the exam room and this pushy ass tech keeps saying change clothes although there is absolutely no need for me to remove any clothing because I came prepared. I'm just completely over this whole INexperience! ALL I CAN SAY IS BEWARE! DEFINITELY WILL BE SPREADING THE WORD! read more

I have been a customer for more than ten years, I always had great experiences here. I am not sure what changed. I have called several times the past two weeks, two of the calls I left detailed messages (name, spelling of name, etc. as requested on the recording) to book an appointment. No response. I came here to see if Fort Bend Imaging is even still in business. Based on the ratings, it probably will not be for long if they can not perform a simple task of making an appointment or at least offer scheduling appointments online. I had to call my doctor back and request a new facility to use. I booked online at Memorial Hermann in a matter of 2 minutes. Unfortunately Fort Bend Imaging has all my records, which I was told by the doctor I will need to take to Memorial Hermann so God knows how difficult it will be to get those but probably better I do it now before they are no longer in business! If you can't book appointments, you can't do business! read more

Freaking out right now. 5 straight years of mammograms at ft. Bend imaging because my mom had breast cancer at my exact age...53. Found a lump, went to my doctor and she was "concerned" on July 9th. Got scheduled for great ultra sound on 7/11. It's 9pm on7/24. Called 3 x for results. Dr's office called 2x no results yet. Radiologist was on vacation last week. Just sucks to be me.... read more

Very poor customer service! I would give no stars if I was able to do so. The young woman at the front desk did not provide an accurate time frame regarding the pick up of a medical document. When confronted with her action she was not truthful. There was no sense of urgency regarding our request and if we had not been proactive about being persistent, we would have waited an hour or more. read more

This is the worst experience I have ever had with an imaging facility. I called ahead about getting an ultrasound result. They said I had to come in with my daughter. When I came in they said it would be 15 minutes to get the film copied. After 30 minutes I told them that I was late for an appointment. They said they would have the film in 10 minutes. 10 minutes later they said they don't give out films that it would be 30-45 minutes to get the disk. Clearly we were getting the run around and poor information. When I became irate the manager ran out with the film and the disk. So this is something they could have gotten in 10 minutes and not waited almost an hour of my time which made us late for our surgeons appointment. Do not go here. All they care about is taking the scans and billing. The front desk staff are poorly trained and don't know what's going on. The manager is also clueless about what is going on in the office. I will tell all my physicians not to use this office. I have been a medical professional for over 30 years and this is the first time I had to get irate in a medical office. Tell everyone go elsewhere. When they start loosing money customer service will improve. read more

Was seen this evening for MRI's of both knees. I got this appointment in one day, was told what my co-pay would be and was treated with dignity and respect by all staff. The MRI staff made sure I knew what to expect and made me comfortable. After the MRI, I was given a disk of the results and was told to expect the Dr's written report in a few days....that it would be electronically sent to my physician. I read the reviews from previous patients, so I wasn't exactly sure what to expect. About the only thing I can complain about was how COLD it was, but realize the facility had to keep it cold because of all the equipment. This is not one of those fancy facilities, but they get the job done and my co-pay here was about 1500.00 less than what I would have been charged at the hospital I was originally scheduled at. read more

This is the worst ultrasound experience I have ever had. First they wouldn't even let me look at the screen or my husband. Then we get the report back. It says in one paragraph they see the baby but then in another sentence they don't. Lady they gave me a cd that is supposed to have my ultrasound pics on but doesn't. I was told by the secretary this happens all the time. I told her I have never seen such an incompetent and sloppy job. read more

Well, let's start by saying that I never write a review, but this horrible experience is worthy of one. First and foremost, I came in with a hurt foot, and was asked to stand on a x-ray table. This table was tall, and how in god's name can a senior citizen stand on an table with a hurt foot. Second, as I was standing on this table, and asked to balance on hurt leg, there was no support except for the outdated x-ray machine that moved up and down as I desperately used it to support myself. Third, the x-ray tech did not even assess my condition before I even climbed up the damn table. Lastly, the x-ray machine was supported by books, I'm guessing something was broken, while i was clasping in cabinets to support myself. read more

I had a fantastic experience. Friendly staff and very professional. I've came here multiple times for myself, my mom and my children. The wait room is clean and the examination room is clean and relaxing. It's close to home and easy to navigate to. They called my a day before to confirm my appointment. Poor customer service. Wait time is way too long. Came in and waited over 2 hours for a chest x-ray! Apparently it takes 24-48 hours before they will fax it back to my physician. I went to a different imaging office and they faxed over my results in 40 mins. My physician recommended me to come here but I will never come here again! read more

If I ever need a MRI again I will definitely go here. Great customer service starting with the front desk. The MRI tech was as sweet as can be (I'm sorry I didn't remember their names) explained everything in detail before she started the machine and made sure I was warm and comfortable. The experience was as pleasant as getting an MRI can be I guess and great enough to make me want to write a review. I received my results on CD as soon as I got off the table and was half the price of going to a hospital facility. read more

i wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone never bothered to ask me for my insurance card, and I was placed on a payment plan for the remainder of the balance owed. When it was discovered that I do have insurance, I had already paid them over two hundred dollars for a procedure that was less than a hundred dollars. They refused to reimburse me for the overpayment, even though my insurance company told them to file the claim, so I could be compensated for repayment. The "corporation" office refused, and I am still liable for the remaining balance. They seem to be only interested in the fact that I signed a "contract" for the remaining balance's far as I'm concerned they are a bunch of cockroaches!! And for the record it is the facility's responsibility to ask for the individuals insurance information.... read more

Been coming here for many years. Always receive professional service and staff has always been friendly and accommodating. And best of all -- they have GREAT prices on services! For example: CT of sinus w/out contrast (with my insurance contract rates)-- Houston Methodist: $1,500; Memorial Hermann: $900; Fort Bend Imaging: $350 ($250 if paying out of pocket without insurance). I came here with my father for his back xray. We got here around 2pm on a Wednesday. There were about 20 people already in waiting area when we arrived. After filling out the paperwork, I inquired regarding the wait time so was told 45 mins to an hour or even more and they don't take appointments for that. We decided to stay. At 3pm I went up to ask how much longer. This time the person took the payment and I was told I should be called shortly. I went up again at 335pm to ask that he has not been called in. So he got up to check and notified me after the next patient, my father will be called in and apologized for the delay. At 350 lady calls someone else in so I got up again and told him and he gets up to check, then notifies me it is for a diff exam. It is 359 and lady calls another patient in. Idk if these ppl are actually having other exams and have appts or they just screwing us over. It's 405 and lady calls someone else in. Frustrated I get up and the person goes in to check in again. He comes back and shows me the paper that my father is next and the lady that was called in was for ultrasound. I ask how many people are doing xray and he notifies me 2 people and I mention to him that xrays dont take this long if it is the same patient still in the room after whom my father was supposed to go. I dont mind waiting only if I was told it was going to take this long. I would have gone and came back. So, I absolutely dont buy that for the past 1 hour or so, it's one patient inside. The front staff is just checking people in and the person was very courteous while talking to me. Hiring more people might help or getting more machinery or better to stick with appointments! From my observation, they are probably fitting walk-ins in between those who have an appt and if not, whatever system they are using to manage, needs to be kicked out and new system adopted! My father is FINALLY called in at 426pm!! He came out at 432pm. As many people mentioned before, if you don't mind waiting 2 hours or so, then okay to come in, otherwise try to find a different place. The stars kept on going down from time I started writing this review to finishing it and unfortunately there wasnt any zero star option! Needless to say would not return! read more

Paid copay and never received additional billing for what was apparently a wrong quoted insurance copay amount. 7 months later received a credit collection notice for very small amount they claimed due. Not sure why they didn't contact me rather than report me to collection company. I will NEVER use them again. read more

Unbelievable experience at the front desk. Was 10 minutes early but person standing at desk talking to receptionist. So I sat down because it was taking so long. The receptionist saw me standing there. But when I finally was able to get to receptionists she rudely said you are late (1 minute past my appt) and told me she would have to called to the back to see if they could still fit me in. SHE WAS BEYOND RUDE! My doctor requested that I bring the disc with results back to his office so I waited well over an hour after the scan and didn't receive the desk. Just called this morning and mind you it's been a week since the scan but again the receptionist was so rude and told me I couldn't request it until I came into the office and it would take 15 to 30 minutes to get the disc. I said I have to drive all the way over to Pearland and I would like to pick it up on my way how come you can't request it now? I am showing up in one hour and my guess is I will have to wait for the disc. Someone needs to deal with the front desk receptionist!!!!!:(((( read more
