She is readily accessible with any questions and so quick to respond with excellent advice and tips. Her plans and routines are individually tailed based on your specific families goals and are very easy to follow and she explains everything so well. I would recommend her to ANYONE struggling to get their child to sleep. I'll admit I was skeptical at first but not anymore!! I am a 100% believer if everything she says! She knows her stuff! My only regret is I wish we contacted her sooner!!

My family was struggling with sleep and I was endlessly searching the internet for new ideas or things to try . Nothing seemed to work and I was getting so stressed about all the different methods / trainings/ tips out there (I even paid for taking cara babies and it didn't work - seemed like it was just information for the masses and I needed something tailored for our families schedule with a toddler) so I bit the bullet and invested in our families health! Right away Lindsay came in with a calm and reassuring attitude, and within a few days the baby was sleeping better and so were we ! It definitely took some work on our part, but We went from waking up every 2-3 hours with our 4.5 month old to averaging 6-7 hour stretches every night by days 7-10 . She even gave us a plan into the future on the best way to wean off my one night feed when we are ready. I feel confident going forward that we have the tools to navigate one of the most important parts of a well functioning family- GOOD SLEEP! Thank you Lindsay for always being there with a quick response and helpful tip. We will be forever grateful for you!

A warning to anyone considering this practice…read more I went to Gateway Center for Sleep Apnea & TMJ Therapy for a sleep appliance and ordered the recommended EMA Nylon device after a positive initial visit. Shortly afterward, I asked some basic questions about the appliance's material safety and which laboratory was producing it--reasonable questions for a device worn and bitten on nightly for years. I was sent vague, outdated documents from Germany that didn't even address my questions. When I asked for clarification, I was abruptly told by "Belinda" (Dr Postal's assistant/wife?) that I was no longer a patient and that no further questions would be answered. I later went to the office in person, in good faith, to clear up what I assumed was a misunderstanding--especially since I had already ordered and paid for the appliance. Upon seeing me, Belinda refused to speak with me, locked the door to the hallway, and secretly called the police to trespass me while I was discussing the matter with the front desk. The behavior I witnessed suggests something very sketchy is going on, and I would strongly caution anyone considering care here. Any practice that deals with a concerned patient by hiding in the back of the office and secretly calling the police to intimidate you rather than providing basic product safety or sourcing transparency is likely hiding a lot more, and almost certainly does NOT have your care as their top priority

Super grateful for the concept of a walk in ENT clinic. I had my first (and hopefully only)…read moreconstant vertigo attack and had no idea what to expect/ what was happening. Being able to get (basically) immediate care was really great. I joined the waitlist online and made my way there when it was my turn. They started me out with a hearing test, and then I met with the doctor. She prescribed me with some meds to try to help the problem, and gave me a couple of possible causes for my attack. It was still so early, so it was hard to eliminate all of the possible factors. I do wish I was given a print out and more information, as I think it would have been helpful for my future appointments at other doctors, but I walked out empty handed. I continued to have problems and called again the next day. The doctor was pretty prompt in calling me back which I genuinely appreciate. All in all, it's a solid service given what it is- walk in. Front desk was really helpful, and everyone was really kind.

As I wanted to be seen to have my ears cleaned, I thought it would be easy. The website was a no go, as the staff would have seen me in a week. So I dropped in or walked in as they now allow. The walk in process ended up taking about 60 minutes. Not terrible, but not exactly as expected. As I will be traveling and not back in town for a while, I wanted to get this done. I suggest and will do in the future, schedule with ample time and will see if that is any faster. The concept is great, but not well ex

In Sullivan he sees patients in the specialty clinic on the Missouri Baptist Hospital Campus. COVID Protocol: Masks are required whenever staff is present. I was referred to Dr. Daud at Suburban Chest and Sleep Specialists after a hospital stay at the end of last year. I access my medical information online and was pleasantly surprised that I could enter all the information that is required before a first visit through the online portal. Setting up my appointment was equally easy. I was asked to arrive 10 minutes before my appointment to fill out insurance forms, etc. I arrived early. The specialty clinic is shared by multiple doctors and the reception desk for Dr. Daud is down a hallway, away from the waiting room. I was given a medical questionnaire, several pages long. I explained that I had already filled out the information online and was told that "Doctor likes to have something in hand and likes to refer to the questionnaire when talking to you." 15 minutes later I was finished filling out the paperwork, two minutes after that I was in an exam room and had my vital signs taken by a Nurse, explained the medicines that I am currently taking and the reason for my visit. The doctor came in after a short wait, asked why I was there and then briefly examined me. He then asked me pretty much everything I had filled out online and in the questionnaire (which he did not have with him). He did explain next steps and asked me to make an appointment three months later. For a variety of reasons the second appointment didn't happen until today (six months later). I explained to the doctor that I was able to complete one of the tests he wanted me to take but not the second part of it since my Insurance company refused to pay for it. The doctor didn't like that but decided to outfit me with some medical equipment anyway, without having undergone the second part of the test. On this, the second visit, he did not examine me, only asked a few questions regarding the test and asked me to make another appointment three months out after I had used the medical equipment. While I'm overall pretty happy with the services provided I have some concerns. The doctor did not examine me in any way during the second visit, yet his notes (which I am able to view online) state that he did. Having to fill out the medical questionnaire twice and then having to reiterate the same information again is a waste of time. I also would have liked to hear more about alternative ways to alleviate my condition without having to do hours of research at medical libraries and the Internet. Overall it's a solid three stars and the fact that I don't have to drive an hour each way to see this specialist is an added bonus.
