This company is predatory. My kid was towed after parking in an adjacent parking lot to a Wawa - walked into Wawa to pee, then coming back out to her car getting snatched up. We showed up the next morning ready to pay and get the car out with all sorts of obstacles (fence locked - no answering the phone) on how to even get into their location / they told us to park in another parking lot that wasn't theirs. (I asked them if I would be towed for parking there - he said no ) And after telling us that it would be $220 to pick it up they added another $30 for storage while checking out. I will be reporting this to the county. I have all the video proof as there are cameras on the vehicle. Hope you sleep well being a predatory company who picks on 20 something girls who just needed to pee. And trust me I'm not one of those parents who side with their kids - if anything i usually think they're to blame. But I've seen the proof already. And you guys are nothing but a piece of donkey dung and your prior reviews show that - there's a special place in hell for people like you. read more

If I could give negative stars, I would. This company towed my boyfriends car for having a flat tire. When we went to go pick it up, it took them 30min just to approach us and other clients waiting out there. On top of that, they wanted to say they put a note on the car giving us a warning at 10:30pm just for them to tow the car 3 hours later at 1am. How convenient to leave a note on a car during the hours of when people sleep considering we work early in the morning. After we paid to get the car back, they didn't let us refill the tire in the lot and instead the owner had his staff pushed the car into a busy street just for the owner to tell them to leave the car there, and even had the car facing on coming traffic. The owner of the company also had the audacity to say the reasoning for him not letting us pump the tire in the lot was because he didn't care and that this was his company and he can do whatever he wants. This is the worst customer service and most idiotic person (owner of the company) I've ever dealt with. Please don't support this company, they obviously like to make their money by being slimy and greedy, considering we even witnessed another client during our visit arguing and about to fight the owner. read more

This is a Preditor Towing coming, they Towed my Car out of my DRIVEWAY in a gated community after parking there for 45 minutes, as I was unpacking it at 9:30PM IN the pouring RAIN. I thought my car was stolen, so I called the police, and they stated that it was towed and had no reason for the tow. I tried to call them over 6 times and NO ANSEWER.I showed up there and got lucky as a worker(who claimed to not have been the one to tow my car) was leaving. I asked for the proof of the reason why my car was TOWED from my driveway and he stated that I would have to go to the office in the morning!! To get my car released would be $226.00 I called in the morning to dispute this and was told that the "PICTURES" are their property, I can see them but not have them emailed or forwarded. I was told that the reason that my car was towed out of my PRIVATE Driveway was that the front tire was on the grass!!!!!!!! I told her that I HAVE A RING camera picture that clearly SHOWS that my tire is not on any GRASS. I will be filing a complaint with the State Attorney Generals Office. I am writing this review to say that I received EXEMPLARY service from Alex at Millennium Towing & Transport last Sunday night at the TIA parking garage. Alex was friendly, efficient, professional and very careful with my vehicle. The vehicle was an Acura MDX which had stalled in a travel lane in the parking garage in a very difficult location to access. Alex quickly lifted the vehicle and transported it to the Acura dealer on Florida Avenue. My wife and I were just returning from a 2-week trip and we were very pleased with his expertise and ability to make a very difficult situation much better. He was so reckless, I took out my phone to video tape it in case he caused an accident. He saw this and drove past us and gave us the middle finger. He's been reported to the police. I had blown a tire on the bridge to Tampa and was stuck in a very dangerous spot. The dispatcher stayed in constant contact with me and my insurance company. Even though it was a bit of a wait, I understand that towing companies are busy and I was in an inconvenient spot on the bridge. For those concerned about long waits in an unsafe area, call the FHP at *347 for the Road Rangers to come provide safety from behind as you wait and the tow service works. I have an incredible amount of respect for the tow driver that made sure I exited my vehicle safely and risked his life to get my vehicle off the bridge. We were assigned this company via our motor club for a tow. Communication from motor club said it would be 1.5 hours for their arrival, which for the time of day on a business day and location seemed a little long, but whatever. An hour and a half came and went and we called the tow company 3 times and they kept putting us off, while the dispatcher was extremely rude. My car broke down so I called my insurance company for roadside assistance, they sent Millennium. The tow track came, I gave him the keys and left. Millennium dropped my car off at my mechanic. When I went to pickup my car there was a loud thumping coming from one of the tires. Some how the tow truck driver probably dragged one of the tires so bad that literally worn out all tread from where the tire met the road, all around that bold spot had tons of good tread. Customer service is terrible for this company. I've been waiting over three hours for a tow, no contact from the tow company. First was texted an ETA of 80 minutes, after the time past I was texted an additional 60. Again the time has past, then was just texted about a now an additional 45 minutes meaning over 3 1/2 hours of waiting for a tow. When I called in all the person on the phone could not provide me with any idea of when to expect them or anything information wise on the delays. Pretty much heard every excuse and all I wished for was a single update from then on these expected delays so I could plan according. We were on vacation in Clearwater and went to the Tampa aquarium with our family. After a really nice day, we came out to leave and our van we had rented from Enterprise was gone. after searching then going back in we were told that it had been towed. Long story short they said they towed the wrong car. All I got to say is that seems weird. and Enterprise says they didn't send them to get our car. Luckily we noticed it fast enough and the aquarium had a picture of them towing the car so they returned it to Enterprise where we had to get an Uber to pick it back up. It was after the hours specified so she parked there to get ice cream next door. We called them on the phone (the night "manager" Jermaine refused to give us his last name) since we live out of state and she attends college in Florida. She is very rude and purposefully left out information we needed in order to recover our car and then charged us an extra fee because she failed to give all information. Was told by my leasing office that lot was okay to park in. Everyone ended up getting towed anyways by this company. The type of car I own cannot be towed unless by a flat bed truck which they did not use. Upon picking my car up I instantly noticed all the damage. If I could give less than one star, I would. I called AARP Roadside Assist at 5pm. Was told they were sending this towing service and ETA was 90 min. After 90 min I called the towing co. and was given tow truck drivers phone #. Called him and he told me he was dropping off another car and would be there in 15-20 min. Waited 45 min. and called him back. Was told he ran into some problems and would be there in 15-20 min. To make a long story short, at 9:20 pm the supervisor called me and said (you guessed it) the tow truck would be there in 15-20 min. I told him to cancel service and hung up. Their website says $50 for a 10 mile tow - but they charged $185. Seems obvious they are in bed with someone and paying kickbacks. I think my car was towed illegally. I took pictures to prove that the signs of being towed were not very visible and they charged me $210 to get my car! They and Joe the owner is useless. They are suppose to be a Uhaul dealer but Joe refused to help with a rental I had booked nearly a week prior. Even the Uhaul people apologized for how I was treated. Told me I had to do everything online even when Uhaul said he needed to do the paperwork for a trailer and verify connections. Wasted the entire day and still have to find another way to transport my ailing vehicle to a mechanic. 1 star is too good for Millenium Towing/ Uhaul. Go somewhere else. 5 minutes ago I had no choice but to give them 1 star. Terribly rude with no compassion. They were hidden in the back corner of a parking lot that I had no idea that I wasn't allowed to park in due to parking there for 2 years to pick my son up from school. I was literally gone from my car for 1 and 1/2 minutes and they were waiting in the back to tow me. $130 later and threatened 2 times I was able to get my truck. My son was so scared and crying his eyes out but they didnt care just pay us or were taking it further away and you will have to pay more $. These people left my husband on the side of the road in a dangerous neighborhood late at night for almost 3 hours.
