I've shopped here repeatedly and never once was given any help even when I have to dig through shelves on my own with salespersons no more than 30ft away. It's like you're invisible until you want to check out then have to drag your purchases from one check out line to the next when they finally open a second register. Their prices are moderately competitive to other local stores but the big plus is they are open Sundays and up to 7pm. Overall nothing special.

I found kitchen and hardware items for our small camper van that I haven't been able to locate at the big box stores. This was so much more fun shopping here as each turn opened a new isle of fun. This is a dual kitchen store and hardware store. With one side just hardware and one kitchen. Customer service was excellent, with someone available to ask questions. Both sides have more inventory and a better selection of quality items than a big box store and this supports local, much better.

Every time we call or stop they have a different excuse for not having it. The last time we stopped, we talked to the owner himself and he more or less told us that they weren't concerned about the matter implying he could care less. I don't intend to ever buy anything from them again as it seems all they are concerned about is the sale and nothing else. Am planning to make my monthly call tomorrow and see if we can get a chirstmas present from them---namely our shelf!!!!!!!!!
