Recently I worked with Carl and he's quite erudite in many things. I had all kinds of questions & after truly listening to what I had to say & what my thoughts were on a project he gave me a few options. We discussed different price points & what my priorities were. Based on his information I bought the components & let him know when everything arrived. He was out the next day in the time window he gave me & proceeded to install everything needed after making sure the cameras & lights were placed properly i.e., where they would be most likely to capture motion whether animal or people. He walked me thru how they worked etc & it was most helpful. I've been working with him on another project & he's provided the pro's & cons for each step. While I was initially cranky that what I wanted to do vs what was feasible once he explained his reasoning & why it would not work. I respected his approach with me & in realizing the logistics in this situation, he absolutely nailed it. He did provide me with an alternative way & looks like that's what I'm going with. Wasted a week waiting on a returned telephone call for an electrical project. Allegedly they return calls within one business day. I left several voice messages during the week-still no response. I had contacted them after neighbors said they did a great job. I completely understand being busy but it takes two minutes to call a potential customer back. read more

We needed an electrical outlet installed in order to have a dehumidifier placed in the basement. Carl did an excellent job. He was very reasonably priced and a great communicator. I was really impressed with Carl. I had a burned up outlet and then a couple of random things I wanted to have looked at. Carl was efficient and worked quickly, but gave me options and explained things well. He clearly knows his stuff. He replaced my destroyed outlet and installed a security camera I had been waffling on how to best get hooked up. I also have an oddly-placed outlet in the kitchen that requires me to unplug the microwave and toaster because we can really only access one plug at a time. I was toying with getting it replaced or getting another outlet because it's so irritating, but I wasn't sure it would be worth the cost. Carl helpfully suggested a simple fix: flip the outlet so the ground pin portion would be on the top, thereby allowing me to leave the microwave plugged in at the same time as the toaster. It was so simple and quick, yet I had never thought of it nor would I have attempted it if I had come up with it. It would have been an easy upsell for him to get me to install a new outlet or something, but I truly appreciated his integrity at the simple suggestion. He was friendly and trustworthy and I didn't feel weird being at home alone with him (which is not always the case with service providers). Will definitely be relying on this company in the future for residential electrician needs (unfortunately, they don't do commercial, which I found out when I was asking about some needs at my office). read more

Cowards who are leaving me in the lurch. I am a tenant living in a house that is so dangerous that the Tech whom I hired to come out and inspect was scared of the wiring here. I spent two hours following the Tech around, while he found danger after danger. When the tech told his boss back at the office, the boss called claiming he was "too busy" to write the report I paid over $300 for. Thought I offered to double that amount, this company refused to even give me an inspection report saying writing the report was not worth their time. They don't care about my children being trapped here. Apparently since I am a tenant instead of an owner I and my family can just go die. Completely lacking in Christian decency. These people are IRRESPONSIBLE COWARDS who will waste your time and then feed you line after line of BS about it because telling people the truth is apparently not their job. read more

Gale and Dale on the phone were very helpful and got me scheduled for the next day. Carl came out and was awesome. He showed me what was going on and made some recommendations to take care of it. We will never call any other company! Our issue was that a painter buried an electrical junction in our wall . . . and I didn't know this was dangerous or against code. When I found out, I called Miller and Miller. I spoke to Dale about it on the phone and he answered all my questions and immediately gave me confidence they would fix it properly. Carl was the electrician for our appointment. He called to let us know that traffic might delay his arrival time by a couple of minutes, and was super professional. Once he arrived, he assessed the situation quickly and found a way to cut off the power supply to those buried junctions from the attic instead of cutting holes in our wall as we expected. Terrible. I called to schedule an electrical inspection, which they advertise on their website. Had to wait 3+ weeks to get an appointment and after this extended wait, no employee shows up for the inspection. It seems their receptionist never wrote the appointment on the schedule. I will not be calling this company again and since there are plenty of electricians around, I would recommend calling someone else . read more

Proposed a $400 repair when it was just a tripped breaker. The HVAC unit is still working properly one month later. AND he charged $197.50 fee to give a bad diagnosis. I later spoke with three other companies who were willing to come out with out a fee because they wanted to be able to provide an estimate for the work and get the job. The first folks out found a tripped breaker (not cut off) and the unit has been working great ever since. read more

Terrible. Horrible. Stay away!!! Worst customer service ever. Could not be more disappointed. Put simply, the company does not stand behind their work or the products they install. If you have a problem that needs to be resolved, the owner (Dale) will blame the customer, complain about how your problem is costing him money, and make you feel like dirt that you have a problem with his company's shoddy work and products. In essence, Dale is a bonafide jerk, and that's putting it politely. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from these people as you can! read more
