Good customer service still exists in the form of ARC 20 Electric LLC. I first saw the company's name in a positive referral on HOA Facebook page, recommended by my friends, and next-door neighbors, after they had a ceiling fan installed. It just so happens we both have the same model of ceiling fan. My remote controlled their fan and vice versa. ARC 20 came back out and fixed the problem, no charge since they installed my neighbor's fan. A few weeks later a different ceiling fan, still under warranty, in my home office started behaving strangely. I called Lowes, and they gave me a return authorization. But I had to take it down, return it to the store, and have the replacement fan installed. I told ARC 20 about the problem and he gave me a fair quote and reasonable repair date. When ARC 20 came out he promptly determined the problem with the fan was human error (my words not his). Who the #&ll new the damn thing had a built in (not marked) dimmer? He did. I asked how much, he said "no charge any tip would be appreciated and thank you for your service!". My home office is also my man cave, and my "I love me room". Walking out the door he asked, "Would you mind giving me a rating on Google?". I am always happy to do that for good customer service. One of my breakers tripped when doing some heavy cooking. I had to open my panel and THEN flip the breaker for some reason. Looked it up to upgrade the breaker but I would need to do the wire as well. That was above my expertise. I called Arc and they were very responsive on the phone and handled any changes to my visit with ease. Tav dropped by and lent me his knowledge and best actions to save my money. Every now and then, you're going to need an electrician. And my turn was up after a short-circuit accident knocked out a bunch of my overhead lighting. A quick call to Arc Electric on Sunday night turned into a callback on Monday morning. An electrician is scheduled to stop by on Tues in a 2 hour time slot. Rich the electrician calls up and we're able to get an earlier start. Very patient and clear with what this service call is about, he diagnoses the issue really quickly and is super polite. In about 45 minutes, the work is done and I've got lights, hooray! All in all, I was pleased with the professionalism displayed by ARC Electric and found their prices reasonable. While you many never need them, feel comfortable that ARC Electric will do the job professionally, correctly and politely if you need some electrical work done on your home! read more

They quickly installed a new ceiling fixture over our staircase, which was extremely hard to reach, without damaging any walls even though it required the use of a very tall ladder. They were very accommodating when replacing lighting over our cupboards and fixing low voltage landscape lighting. We were especially pleased with the care they took when repairing an awning remote motor making sure to not disturb an occupied bird nest which had been built on top of the awning.
