He went above an beyond to help me with what I needed asking me what kind of project it was and if I needed anything else at all, to call him personally, as I didn't realize he was the Manager/Owner. A Name doesn't make the person, it's their character. I know the person in the comment below saying Vino called him a "Dick" is totally false as he doesn't even curse being in his late 70's.
