We went to their warehouse and selected 2 different materials; 1 granite and 1 quartz. They had a really nice selection to choose from. We were both pleasantly suprised with the estimate for both. Lowes and HD didn't want to do a small job (1 @ 72", 1@ 43") so they said it would be over $1K each. Synergy scheduled the onsite measuring within a few days and had our tops ready to install within a week from the measure. The demo and install went smoothly and the installers left everything clean and tidy. Can't say enough good things about them. He charged me a separate amount for the pen, engraving the pen, the case, and engraving the case. In addition, I was also charge for expedite fee, which I am okay with. Overall, I spent over $70 for a stainless steel pen. I didn't expect to be charged for a pen case if I am buying the pen. I mean what so called fancy pen comes without a case. I do appreciate his time to work on my item, but I think the price was ridiculous for the item. I just wished he made his prices known up front because I would have went some place else. I also blame myself for not asking about prices before having him work on my item. I do however appreciate his time and the engraving is nice. I recommend asking for price before proceeding with his service.
