It turns out that my sister was experiencing complications from chemotherapy and was being taken to a hospital in Round Rock. I didn't know that when I ordered the flowers. Later, I called Jones to arrange for delivery another day, but we could not be sure when my sister would get out of the hospital. The lady I spoke with said that would not be problem; she would make a new arrangement from fresh flowers whenever the time was right. A week went by before my sister got home. I called and spoke with the same person, and she remembered every detail of our prior conversation and said she would get the flowers out that day. And she did. They were beautiful. The sensitivity and kind professionalism of the person I spoke with are unmatched. She created an immediate sense of trust that is not easy to find today.
