This is the most incompetent banking company I've ever worked with when it comes to home loans…read more When I first put my application in for my home loan which was approved, they dragged their feet so long on appraisals that I had to reapply for the home loan that I already was approved for months prior. Getting any of them to call you back as a true chore in itself. They are not set up in any way for external payments which any other banking facility is capable of. I wish I would've never have chosen this Bank for my home loan. I had the same issues when I had my motorcycle loan with them as well. Thankfully, I was able to pay that motorcycle off loan relatively quick and I'll never be back to this bank going forward. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere for loans or any kind or for any banking that you choose to do. If I could give them a zero I would.

Don't work for State Farm or know any of these people personally just sharing a great experience we had dealing with them. I have been with state farm since 2015ish & have only dealt with this office. They also handled my auto loan when I got a new car with better interest rates than what the dealership could offer.

I have closed with them a few times before and…read morethings was ok, (besides them sending the HUD statement last minute for me to review before closing) I need a two week closing for a cash sale to an out of state owner and they dropped the ball big time and when i went in to speak with someone the day before i was set to close to see the HUD statement and potentially sign paperwork ahead of time i found out the HUD statement wasn't ready and the deed wasn't ready and they have yet to even reach out to the buyer! When i expressed my dissatisfaction the President Mr. Donald Newman called me a Jackass for telling him I would be sharing with my network my bad experience and later told the secretary to call the police on me when I did nothing threatening, called him out of his name, or refused to leave! I WILL NEVER TAKE ME BUSINESS HERE AGAIN
