This is a long overdue review for a windshield I had replaced in September 2022. The service was bad when I had the work done, but I overlooked it because I was just happy to have a new windshield. The reason for this delayed review is that I just had my windshield replaced again (and used another company), and further information was shared with me about the quality of windshield I had installed by Miller Glass. I'll begin with the bizarre service I experienced with Miller Glass in Sept 2022. The man, whose name I don't remember now, and who I dealt with on the phone kept in great communication with me leading up to my appointment. I remember we spoke three times to confirm details, which seemed excessive, but also made me think I was in good hands. The day of my appointment, I arrived to drop my car off and the same man I spoke with on the phone (3 times) seemed surprised at my arrival and told me he wasn't sure if they even had the proper glass in stock, this after a 40-minute drive from where I live. After some fumbling, this man told me they had the glass after all, that they could do the job, and that they would call me once the work was done. Pickup went fine, I had a whole new windshield, and I never imagined I'd think of these events again. Fastforward to July 2025, I needed another new windshield (I drive a lot and encounter the occasional rock). I was happy to see an auto glass shop (Perkins) opened much closer to where I live and I reached out for a quote. I ended up doing a mobile service (awesome) and when the tech was done with my new windshield, he asked me if I ever experienced leaking during rain or car washes with my previous windshield. I said I wasn't aware of any obvious leaking, but I noticed quite a bit of condensation on the inside throughout the seasons. The tech told me that whoever did the previous install (Miller Glass) didn't seal the windshield properly and that all he had to do to remove it was press out a little and it popped right out, which he said should never have happened if it was primed and sealed properly. I was also informed that the quality of the glass installed by Miller Glass was about the lowest grade you can get, which might explain why the rock chip in that windshield spread so badly so quickly. Basically, I'll never return to Miller Glass. read more

called them up for a price to cut a large mirror we had broke moving.. they said bring it by and they'll cut it for free! I pulled up they unloaded it cut it and reloaded it all for free!!!!! highly recommend Miller glass... great local company! read more

The office staff is incompetent! Too many employees & all doing their darndest to act busy or important. The "tech" in training managed to open the garage side door, step over my collector vehicle w/ a bundle of window screens in his arms, then proceed to walk out the front door of the house. Ordered a custom window from Miller, it was much cheaper than I expected. It does not hurt to check them out on price. On another occasion I was able to buy the window and have it installed for less than I could buy the window for at Home Depot. OOH, and they don't tell you this until they send you your online "bill/quote" - I was completely disgusted with the way this was handled. In this day and age, with several other choices for business it speaks volumes to the company and its employees. If my company ran like this I would be ashamed. Their priority lies with their commercial business. My insurance company had me go there for a windshield replacement. I was told to have the car in first thing in the morning. My wife dropped me off close to 3:00pm on her way to pick up our child. The car was STILL untouched in the parking lot!! After i inquired as to why my car wasn't worked on, I was told that it was scheduled as the "last car of the day." So I'm supposed to have confidence in a repair done by someone who hot and tired who just wants to go home? Really?? We ordered the windows in the first week of June and we were told that they would be installed in a month or so. After waiting a month, we called and we were referred to the scheduler who was not in so we left a message. When we did not receive a call back, we called again and dealt with a rude employee who did not want to help us. We were finally told that the windows were not in and that someone would contact us. We waited and an waited and finally called them again. We were told that the windows were in and we finally got a date for the install. We had four windows that were being replaced. Two of the four windows did not fit so they replaced two and left. We were told that they would expedite the remaining two windows. We called two weeks later and the person we spoke to did not know anything about the replacement windows. When we called again, we were told that one of the windows arrived to the shop broken and they had to order a replacement window. The two remaining windows were finally installed the middle of September. The installers were great-very professional. Our biggest gripe is the lack of communication and the rudeness of the office staff. read more

Buyer be ware! Took my car in for a chip in the windshield. When they repaired it it looked as bad as when I bought it in for the repair. When I questioned the quality of the work I was advised that I had signed for their notice that the cracks maybe noticeable after the repair. I did and they were. Over the years I have had numerous chips repaired and have never before had one that you could still see the cracks After the repair. The staff were indifferent to my concerns pointing out I had signed their disclaimer and that was how they repaired them. I ordered a frameless shower door and door glass panel. After installation one wall of the shower glass panel had a large gap. Installers left the gaps not siliconed, shower door water leakage seal and door jamb was not installed. I caught them near a neighbor, and after asking them, told me they will install next time. Door glass panel came with 2 inches less and I had to wait again for almost 2 weeks. The installer arrived without the proper tools, after messing with it for awhile he eventually made a cut on the door on the outside and was not even going to repair it, etc ........Spent more money after being screwed by Miller glass. Do not buy insulated glass to retrofit your house from Miller Glass unless you are prepared to replace it every 10 years. Some of my glass that was purchased in 2008 failed as evidenced by the "dirty" appearance and the transfer of heat and cold from the outside to the inside of our house. I called Miller Glass in August 2019, and they told me that I would have to contact the manufacturer, Alpine Glass. After contacting Alpine, they turned me over to Associated Materials, and I began a long procedure to get the glass replaced. I uploaded a copy of the receipt to prove that I bought the glass, and a copy of our deed to prove we owned the house when the glass was purchased. Associated materials told me I had to give them the numbers from the glass panes. I hired someone to climb to the windows that border our roof in order to find the numbers, but he could find no numbers. After numerous emails, Alpine agreed to replace the windows without the numbers. A few months later a man came over from Miller Glass with the WRONG replacement. We had 2 large pieces that failed, and he brought over a small replacement. I have contacted Miller many times, and they tell me that they cannot do anything about the problem. I will have to wait and wait. read more

After waiting over a month for our mirror to arrive, I contacted the office to verify the size (since I was informed it was "a little" taller than ordered. After several attempts and a voice mail request to return my call, there was no attempt to call me (in fact, I felt as though I was intentional ignored). Odd.
