I have to share this, last Friday I noticed I have a crack on my sliding door glass I called over 10 different shops and I was told can't help me the same day and will send someone next week for measurements and installation will be between a week or two even when I explained the urgency of my situation then I called Rocklin glass and mirror spoke to a very nice and polite and understanding lady named Hillary she promised me someone will be at my house between 1:30 and 3:00 sure enough two gentlemen Colt and Eric showed up at 1:30 they measured the glass made it safe , I get a call on Wednesday and made an appointment with them to install on Friday and they were again on time at my house they were very polite very professional and I'm very pleased they also saved me over $100 compared to other shops, thank you very much read more

Bid came in (over the phone) twice as much as a competitor for the same shower, and same quality of glass. Maybe because " Rocklin" is in the name. Not exactly sure, but there was no care or follow up after, so I guess they may be doing ok, or people don't get multiple bids. read more

I am very satisfied with the corrective work done by Rocklin Glass & Mirror, Inc. (RGM) to modify a leaky frameless shower door, installed several years ago by a different company. The problem causing water leaks underneath the door is that the tile curb does not tilt towards the shower basin as it should, but was constructed perfectly flat. RGM technicians recommended and installed a higher dam strip than I already had, a new shower door sweep and a new door strike. These improvements completely eliminated water leaks underneath the shower door! I highly recommend this company. read more

I love giving good reviews so I am happy to be writing this one for Rocklin Glass and Mirror. First, they keep to their hours, stating they will be open until 5 pm and actually remaining open until 5 pm. I know it sounds simple but many businesses, including another nearby glass shop, do not adhere to this policy. Second, they gave me an estimate right away to help me decide if I wanted to do business with them or keep shopping. The estimate was quite reasonable by the way. Third, they gave me an estimated delivery of the end of the following day which they exceeded. in fact they called me the following morning by 9 am and were done with my job. So to summarize they are: honest, reasonable and over-deliver. If I have future glass needs, I will call them first and recommend you do the same. And for those that wonder, no I don't always give good reviews. I give honest reviews. read more

Rocklin Glass does not guarantee their work. My dining room glass that I was told was shatter proof SHATTERED. They would do nothing for me but buy another piece of glass from them. It was only 3 months of having the glass and I never used my dining room table until Thanksgiving...when the accident happened. I have two babies and three puppies in the room when the glass shattered. Rocklin Glass will NOT guarantee their work. Go somewhere else!!! read more
