Every time I call they say they are waiting on insurance. I have the invoice from insurance showing insurance paid 100% 8 months ago.

I couldn't decide whether to rate this dentist on her dental work, or bedside manner, but I thought…read morethat it was more important to bring up the latter-so here goes. Well...I remember the first time I took my boys here, it was ok. They had check ups (I couldn't be in the exam room during the treatment processes ever) and then we met with Dr. Sveen and talked to her. This was the one and ONLY ONE time I spoke to her face to face with her over probably the 4 years we were parents there. When we came back for return visits, or my child had cavities or had to get a procedure done, I was always informed by the Dental Assistant. Then brace yourself for any return appointments you make, because most likely you will be there for up to two hours. I'd say that the dental work was good? The staff was very nice. But I remember Dr. Sveen not being very personable when I met her, and obviously so because she can't even pop her head out to say hello and tell you what she just did with your kids teeth; she has to relay it through her Assistant and she is the only dentist in the office!!! So anyway, you can decide. It's alright, but plan on never personally talking to the dentist and long waits in the office.

I can't necessarily say if he's natural or not, but I know…read morethat when I've declined x-rays and fluoride, it's not just been met with an "okay", but an understanding by many of the staff. They seem to be pretty hands off and definitely take a "let's see" attitude. My almost 13 year old needs braces soon, and we are just waiting on the last baby tooth to naturally fall out. No talk of numbing and pulling. Just waiting. To add beauty to THAT - Dr. Martin does braces there, and is ridiculously reasonably priced compared to everyone else in town. He just seems very gentle and relaxed, and even my (then) 3 year old who has some special needs does remarkably well there. We've been going for over 2 years (about 3 cleanings with one coming up in a few weeks) for our 6 kids, and have never been shamed, scolded, or had anything less than a stellar experience. Which was great because my normal dentist sent me to Dr Glenn and pretty much knew what was going to be needed. When I called to question the bill for $160.00 ish dollars, after insurance pays, that's when it went down hill in our conversation. This very young lady, how I know is she stretched her last word in a sentence like a valley girl of old. Very rude, refused to give her name to me, wanted to quote me the riot act, wouldn't allow me to talk to anyone else, threatened collections, etc. etc. I just wanted too know why there was a charge and as of today, still don't know. I have several retail stores and realize the customer could be the problem just as much as the employee, but since she wouldn't allow me to talk to anyone else, I take my concern to this platform since I refuse to let this behavior go , and that's on me. Lesson to be learned here is to be nice to everyone because you don't know who they are or what they are going through. I would not recommend..

Sure enough, I needed a root canal. Got another appointment for 2 days later, surprisingly. The root canal was totally painless! Even the Novocaine shot was painless. The procedure took less than 45 minutes, and they even took 5% off my bill for paying the whole amount on the spot. I never had such an easy time at the dentist before. The staff were all friendly and helpful too. If there were 6 stars, I'd give this practice all of them.

I had a couple cavities, and they walked me through everything and educated me to where I understood everything they were doing. They explained as they were doing it also. I am paycheck to paycheck, so I was fearful of the price. To get multiple cavities fixed was cheaper than I could've imagined. They don't inflate their prices, they charge what seems to be a very fair price. They also care deeply about their customers. I'd been to the doctor about a facial issue, and they were able to guide me and what I'd struggled with for months was no longer an issue after TWO DAYS with their advice!!! That's the best compliment I can give to a Dentist. You can relate to these people. When you talk to them you have a genuine sense that they truly care. They are the kind of people you want as friends and even more so in a Dental Office. I can't thank them enough with words.
