Good price, quick to come out and do the work. I had them do two projects. A stamped concrete patio which looked great, and a front walkway. The walkway started to crack about a month after it was installed. First one crack, then another. That's when I decided to contact them. Since then, more cracks. We have been going back and forth over text for 5 months now. Occasionally, there is a response. Even a commitment that they will come out. Nobody has. Roll the dice - if there is no problem with the work they do, they are great. If something happens and you need them to come back out and fix their work, you may be out of luck like me.

After my initial review, the team--particularly Ryan--responded to my feedback, addressed the drainage issues, and took corrective steps to improve the condition of my property. That follow-through speaks volumes and turned what felt like a lost cause into a redeemable outcome. Their concrete work itself was solid--five-star quality in terms of craftsmanship and durability. The hiccup came in the cleanup and responsiveness after the project wrapped up. There's still room for improvement in their post-job customer care and communication, which is why I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5. I appreciate that they owned the issue and took action. Because of that, I'd recommend Prater Concrete to others--just go in with clear expectations and communicate frequently to ensure everything goes smoothly.

The previous companies we used tried everything from installing a larger sump pump and even installing a French drain around the house. Sadly these fixes were not enough to resolve the massive amounts of rain we get during spring in Texas. When we first met with Gene at Earth Art we could tell immediately that he wasn't just trying to sell us a product, but was trying to fix our problems. He walked the land with us and could tell when it dipped up and down and was able to come up with a drainage plan including landscaping and grading to help our problems. His crew even came back multiple times after rains to check the progress on how the water was draining to help fix future issues. On top of all of this his price was the best we were quoted for several different companies. Highly recommend this place for any landscaping, grading, irrigation, and drainage problems!

I contracted with JR & R Concrete to replace a concrete slab in the front of my house. In addition, there was about a one foot piece of concrete that had broken off (see pic) where they had "kind of" tried to patch it without my noticing. They were quite expedient at cashing my check after they poured the slab. And my contact at the company repeatedly reminded me of their quality and their 10-year warranty. However, when I asked them repeatedly to repair these two issues over many many weeks - they were not too efficient. They did eventually come out and repair the paint overspray. However, the broken piece was never repaired. Many weeks of promises by them to repair the damage and finish the job - but nothing, I finally had to hire another concrete company to finish the job. These are some texts from my contact at JR & R Concrete: "Been busy gonna send a guy to fix it ill let you know when tommorow" [They sent this to me weeks ago - no follow up.] "Were out of town working that's why it hasn't been repaired we are in Moore Oklahoma working been here for 2 weeks be patient nothing crucial easy fix we will be back this weekend We will fix it when we're back in town" [That was 2 weeks ago - no follow up.] My advice with JR & R, caveat emptor.

We were scared that limbs were going to fly into the neighbors' homes. Mr. Gomez quickly contacted me, and inspected the trees for a quote. His price was very reasonable. He was back with his crew and they worked very hard. They did a great job of trimming the limbs, and they cleaned up everything that was cut down. I can recommend this company, and I will use them again myself.

I paid him a great deal of money to redo some flowerbeds and dig up some areas in the back and put down sod. He told me he had checked the sprinklers to be sure everything had good coverage however he did not because he did not have access to the controller in the garage to do so. He came back later and did something and said all was fine. The sod began dying because it was getting no water. He then came out and insisted he was qualified to change up the sprinkler system to make sure everything would be watered. I just checked his work and the situation is worse than when he started. He told me I could hire a lawn sprinkler company instead. Well, I certainly wish I had. I asked him to replace the dead sod and he hung up on me.

I spent 50K for a new pool deck and landscaping and there has been numerous issues with water drainage. Blue Fox was contacted and took weeks to get response. Their responses were to blame rain and/or Sprinklers. After five months of texts, they finally come out and look. Then the response is lets wait for the ground to dry. As stated, it is always and excuse and no action to take care of the problem that is under warranty. This is a shady operation and I will take other course of action with them now. Beware and get an iron clad contract as their owner/manger Brandon Boutell is as shady as they come. There are plenty of highly respected and reputable places to go.

The facts are as follows: 1. After a week or so of collecting quotes from contractors I went with Tyler and Highline. I was told on 8/26/19 by Tyler via text that they were booked out for 3 weeks. I agreed to wait and asked if someone would contact me to schedule. There was no response. 2. After a week I reached out to Tyler again and asked where we stood on the scheduling since he never responded to my question. Tyler apologized for the delayed response and said they were 2 weeks out and I asked him then if I was on his schedule which he confirmed. 3. After almost 3 weeks passed with no contact from Tyler or his company. I texted Tyler on 9/24/19 asking what day and time they were going to be coming to do the much needed repairs to our fence. He responded that they could come out on Wednesday of next week 10/3/19 but if I couldn't wait that long he understood if I called someone else. I explained to him how he had apparently strung me along for a month and I didn't appreciates lying to me or the lack of communication. Tyler responded that he's trying hard to run a business and feels he does a good job but isn't perfect but that he makes it right if he does make a mistake, then he asked if I wanted to call someone else again. I explained to him that i really needed the repairs ASAP as our fence is leaning badly and we have dogs that I'm afraid will get out. I told him I expected him to come out the following Wednesday and I hoped he could make it right. Tyler responded that he would confirm the schedule with me next week. 4. The next morning I received another text from Tyler telling me he wasn't coming now after thinking about it. These facts are indisputable. From my perspective Tyler seems like a nice person but he is sorely lacking in integrity and character. He promised he would be out in a couple of weeks and didn't show up or call. He then promised he would make the problem right and now has declined to even honor his word at all, leaving me now having to start from scratch. At this point, in a way I think Tyler is doing me a favor in declining to come because I have no reason to believe he will honor his word in any way, including the price he quoted. Therefore in return for the favor, my advice to Tyler is to find another occupation where honoring your word to your customers isn't important
