Had an issue with a recent cleaning after being promised everything under the sun for a recent move into a new home where previous owners had a dog. Phone inquiry and on-site visit promised they are the best in the business especially for sanitization and pet cleaning. Promised to come back and rectify the job. Now one and a half weeks later and 22 phone calls, emails and numerous texts providing pictures and video of discrepancies and concerns, owner claims they did a great job and that I refused to have them back. The only thing this business will clean is your wallet and faith in humanity. I hate posting negative reviews and have tried every avenue to reach some kind of resolution with the company but they obviously don't care about their reputation or their customers.
