For over a year I have used this cab service (because this was the only service that I could find here), the dispatchers are very rude, you have to wait for a drive for an hour. Today is the last time I used them because they told me to pay up for for a round trip. The drive never show up. When i called to get the driver to get me the dispacter claimed the spmeone came and that they wasn't coming to pick me up even though I paid for a round trip, and she hung on me. I had to walk to a gas station to get cab to take me back to my hotel. This company needs to be shut down. They over charge you and the prices change ever time I come Hagerstown,MD. Never again will I use this service again. read more

I called said good morning may i ask you a few questions and get the reply with the rude attitude "well i'm busy this morning" so I replied I guess you don't need my business and hung up. One of the worst cab services in this town. Bad hygiene, bad attitude, and generally rude. The drivers are racist. The dispatcher hangs up on you. Don't waste your time. You're better off (not by much) with either easy transport or route 63. read more

The other reviews are definitely spot on. Please do yourself a very big favor and "Do Not" use this company. I too, hate giving them 1 star, they do not deserve it. The dispatcher I spoke with today (9/18/15) was extremely rude, had an "I don't care attitude" and acted like she was annoyed that I even called. First of all, she never gave me a timeframe, she said I'll send someone out and hung up. I then called back 3 more times to check on the status and got hung up on all three times as well. She would indicate, "They are en route" click "They are outside" click "Look for a gold car" click. They finally showed up a little more than an hour. When I called back for the very last time, I asked for a Supervisor, because I wanted them to know the unprofessional service I received, she got on the line, I politely said what I needed to get off my chest, and she said "There are other cab companies you can go with !!!" - I, this time had to hang up on her. To me, this tells me, you don't want my business or anyone else's. i called yesterday and the dispatcher was extremely nasty. when i called for a taxi i was told 15 mn so i called back n ask how much longer or i may have to cxl politely. the dispatcher said "i dont care cancel! better yet you r cancelled! we dont want ur business anyway " and hung up the phone on me. i called back n same guy answered we exchanged words n i hung up on him as he laughed. I found out later that these taxi cab drivers are Creepy from my sister who rode with them once. as the other reviews state the dispatcher is a lunatic who really needs to be medicated even better tranquilized. really!! are you kidding me....this company is not only unprofessional but about as rude as one can be. they smoke while driving and really do not care about what you think , never on time . i really have one word for this company ....stay away from them and how they got on this top 10 list of good taxi companies in washington county is beyond me..there are some really good companies and they are all pretty much the same in price. i like bonnie's taxi service, and downtown taxi. they show respect and treat you as a valuable customer and i have never had one of them smoke in the car. they will be prompt. read more

On Saturday, March 4, 2017, I called Miller Taxi. They answered at 10:25 AM. Approximately 35 minutes later, their cab arrived. The car was an older model, in bad shape, with the Miller logo prominently on the passenger side. The driver was an older white man, with a small gray beard on his chin (this might be called a goatee). The driver agreed to deliver a sealed envelope (which contained my rent check) to the customer drive-in window at the Columbia Bank at 830 West Franklin Street, only a few blocks from my home. I paid him $10.00 in cash. On Monday, March 6, 2017, it was evident that my check HAD NOT BEEN DELIVERED TO THE BANK AND HAD, IN FACT, JUST DISAPPEARED. I called Miller Taxi at 4:35 PM on Monday, March 6, 2017, and asked to speak to the Manager. The Dispatcher demanded that I tell her what I wanted. She became abusive, loud, strident, and very insulting. She emphatically stated that I had not called Miller Taxi on Saturday, March 4th. She kept saying that she had worked that morning and that she knew, without doubt, that Miller Taxi had not received any call from me and that no Miller Taxi had come to my address that morning. The Dispatcher repeatedly made fun of me and was scornful of my attempts to discuss the situation with her. THE RECORDS OF BOTH MY PHONE CALLS ARE PRESERVED ON MY CELL PHONE.
