I called for a vehicle at around 1:10 PM and the driver didn't show up until 2:03 PM. Then, I was told the cost would be $7.00, yet when I reached my destination, the driver told me it would be -- $20.00!!! -- Then, on top of that, I just checked my online banking account and have now discovered that I was charged a total of -- $23.00!!! --, which is yet another additional 15% added-on for no apparent reason!!! I called for a cab at 12:51 today. It was only a short return trip. I was told the cab would be about 30 mins. 45 mins later, I call up an ask where the cab was. I get told sans politeness that the driver showed up and sounded the horn. I'm in my living room near the front door, I never heard a car horn. I call back and ask again, no one shows up. I then call again and the bloke on the phone says I have no time for this and hangs up. I will never use this company again and when I get a chance to, I'm going up to their office to piss in the owners ear. Stay well away from this company. Me and my boyfriend got a cab and she said he would b there in 20 mins I called at 2:00am and he didnt come until 3:15am and he was extremely disrespectful he had other people he was taking home and we had no problem with that but then he picked up 3 more people and went out the way of where I lived and still changed me 20$ after he picked up someone and there ride was 15$ for a longer distance then where we were going so and I'm not mad about the money at all but the disrespect that Matthew the cab driver gave I don't recommend AT ALL‼ read more

I was picked up at the hospital from this corporation. I was brought to my house dropped off, and the driver was very polite and everything went smooth. When I got home, I realized I did not have my wallet. I called to the hospital to get my transport telephone number to see if they could find my wallet and the gentleman found my wallet in the floor. He was kind enough to come back approximately 30 minutes later to drop off my wallet. Everything intact. You cannot find good people anymore in this world but when you find them, you better keep them. Wow what can I say they have left my wife standing outside for an hour both yesterday June 3rd and today we pre scheduled her rides and even called in in the morning they over charged her for her rides after that and you can't get ahold of any managment to get it settled I don't know what to say except bonnie needs to find more reliable people read more

I took Bonnie's services and I did not have high expectations. I should've taken an Uber. The car was barely clean, my driver picked up another passenger before taking me to my destination. I didn't take issue with that, it just would have been nice to know upfront. Additionally, they only take cash and there is no meter or prices listed she just told me it was $5. I took the same service back and it was a man, I came from the same place and was going back to the same place I was picked up at and the gentleman charged me more.
