On 10/8/25 this location did a fundraiser for a local school. From 5-8 Miller's donated 20% of receipts to Cross Prairie K-8 school. Thank you for supporting local education. Our visit was amazing. Service was very attentive. We were there to celebrate my grandson's birthday. Most of the meals were OK but my husband's and mine were not so good. My husband had the roast prime rib. He had to send it back because it was overdone. The replacement was brought and it was tough and chewy. I had a Caesar salad with chicken strips. Finally got to visit this Ale House which we were so stoked to visit due to the closeness. We had visited on Saturday but there was not a chance or a chair so we left. We ordered a Long Island Ice Tea and at the moment it was being poured we saw it didn't include tequila, at that moment we were informed by both of them ("Santi" and Khelany) that according to corporate their Long Islands don't include ANY tequila at all. Only the TOP SHELF Long Island Iced Tea has tequila. We made it a joke and moved with our conversation within our party. At that moment Santi picked a conversation with some patrons sitting nearby talking and complaining about us, so loud we could hear. So distasteful they were pointing at us. At this point "Santi" show lack of integrity and respect. Santi was so carried on the conversation about us instead of taking care of our party that Khelany came to the rescue to tend to our party's needs. Food arrived, no sharing plates no utensils and no napkins. Both Bartenders relied on the food runner to basically do their jobs. Food was great, the grilled salmon was amazingly cooked, the loaded potatoes were done at our request and the zingers on the night special were the best deal we've found yet! Food was so good, my FIL decided to go for dessert and try the Captain Crunch pie which is always a MUST if you have any space saved in your belly. When dessert arrived, AGAIN... no spoons to share, plates or napkins. Except this time "Santi" offered my husband who requested spoons to instead go ahead and "eat with your fingers hahaha". Unfortunately I know for a fact this is not up to Miller's Ale House Standards of Service of creating "Ale House Raving Fans" and putting people/customers first. And even more unfortunate to encounter this type of service and experience in a brand new business that has so much potential due to traffic, location and convenience. Waitress was very overwhelmed with all the tables she had. So over worked and you could tell but she worked her butt off. She needs a raise.
