We arrived for dinner and were treated with a friendly smile, they seated us right away. My husband ordered the Salmon with rice and veggies and a wedge salad. I ordered their new Bone-In ribeye w/ bourbon onion, sweet potato and a wedge salad. Our food was seasoned well and cooked perfectly, it was delicious. Wednesday night I arrive at 9pm (closed at 10pm) the food take long time to come out the place was empty when arrived the kids burger we ask with no cheese and came with ok I wait for another 20" to bring the new one but the service was good and the food was ok. On Thursday we went again we order different plate the service was to bad the food again take too long time to come out the term of the meet to the burger is not correct I ask for medium well and come rear the server never came to ask nothing and in the finish she only take the food nothing else my kids order a full baby back ribs and was completely too spicy impossible to eat for my kids order for me to spicy and again the server never come and charge for all Really don't recommend I ask for a drink and come out after the food... Remember when a trip to Outback with your family was something special? Living in the middle of every chain restaurant out there, I notice Outback still draws a crowd. I started with a French Onion Soup. Part of my "In Search Of..." collection. To have a perfect Onion Soup I've broken it down into four parts. 1). Cheese Topping. Check. There was cheese and it was melted. And...well that's about it for the top. 2) Bread. Not much to say here either. Bread was totally soaked. Sign that it wasn't toasted first? 3). Onions. Would liked more. Ran out with a good amount of broth left. 4). Broth. For a steakhouse I expected a beefier broth! But all and all, strongest element of the soup. Conclusion: far from the "perfect," Also ordered the Steakhouse Salad. Lettuce was still in the fresh category but just a couple hours from crossing over to wilted. Steak was cooked to right temperature but lacked seasoning. Dressing was good.. Not sure I would say the visit was special. Nor was it a great value for what you get. I've been to outback steakhouse a few times, but I have to admit this is probably the nicest one I've ever been to. First off we were greeted right away and seated pretty quickly. Surprisingly didn't have to wait too long on a busy night. Our server was great and the overall service was pretty spot on. Pretty extensive menu with a ton of options. We went with some steaks and combination platters. We all enjoyed our food and the whole overall experience. I'm from Austin Texas and live in Destin, Florida, but I'm talking about Orlando and I know you have many shops but I can't remember which one I'm sorry but anyway I've been to outback steakhouses all over the country but with the price of beef going up I understand you guys having to go to sirloins primarily of some sort and not even the quality that you used to serve, but I understand that because of the price because if you bought the same beef, obviously no one would come, but at the same time you're kind of doing that to yourself right now cause it'll be a while before I come back to steak or two outback and I'm really sorry it was nothing that you guys did but I could give you some advice if you don't mind just kind of dress up the place a little bit or I get a smaller plate or a different kind of plate that sort of fits two pieces of food instead of the three that you used to get that's just my suggestion. I was very disappointed in the meat. It was tough and it had a real irony flavor and the size was exactly right. I'm sure I ordered a small one and I'm glad I did because I was full and a loaded, baked potato and a Caesar salad. The Caesar salad actually was not as good as they used to make they used to make their own dressing it taste more like a Cisco or Cheney Brothers type of dressing now but I really like your steakhouse and I don't wanna say these things but I understand them and I'll wait a while before I come back, but I don't think cows are gonna get cheaper so therefore I'm eating more heck everything is expensive vegetables cost as much as meat used to fish cost more than me and it used to be the trash steak Cost so much money. It's not even funny the other night my wife and I made fajitas so we normally we would like to get skirt steak but that's not always available and it's so so expensive at least $10 in my area I live in Florida and so we ended up with two tenderloins that were the same price that's ridiculous so we had 10 our tenderloin tacos. It's a nice location with lots of parking. We were craving a Blooming Onion and wanted to try the Boomarita. I loved all of the options on the flight except the blackberry but, my daughter liked it. I would definitely get it again. The price is really good. Only $10. The Bloomin' onion was good but, I haven't had one in years and it just didn't hit like it used to but, my taste may have changed. We also got the Sydney 'shrooms which were delicious. The warm bread they bring was so perfect, we ate 2. The others had the Sweet Sriracha chicken bites and Chocolate Tower (6 layer chocolate cake). They loved them. My 3 yr old granddaughter had the kids' sirloin and fries. She said it was good. We tried the steak and it tasted like it had zero seasoning. They were pretty busy but, the service was still decent. They did bring my granddaughter's food last and way after all the other food which wasn't a good thing. My wife and I tried the Irlo Bronson (Hwy 192) location near all of the Walt Disney World accommodations. Because of some inconsistent experiences with Outback locations in the past decade or so, our expectations were low. We were pleasantly surprised. My food in my carry out order was a disappointment. Kingsland pasta and a wedge salad was all that my order included and both items weren't the same quality I have had while dining in. When we walked into the establishment, we were warmly greeted as seated immediately. Our waitress, Ashley was the best. She anticipated our needs and was super friendly. She smiled the entire time she interacted with us and was just super peppy. By far, she has been the best waitress we have had in a long time. Luckily I checked my food before returning back to our destination. Called and made a quick detour. The ribs and steak was delicious as well. We all enjoyed our selections. Complimentary brown bread is fine. We chose to wait for our entrees and save our carbs for some other item. Alice Springs Chicken with fries, add Wedge Salad. Presentation per the menu seemed right up my alley - grilled chicken, bacon, shrooms and cheese. What's not to like? Chicken was grilled nicely but there was an unexpected chili powder flavor. So I wasn't able to enjoy the flavors of the main ingredients - I mainly tasted the chili powder. Took some of the chicken home for leftovers. Wedge salad was nice. Surprised to see a smattering of balsamic. Also surprised to find it gave a slight sweetness to the salad. Glad they had a light hand on the balsamic. Whew! Kingsland Pasta was a large portion and had small red pepper flakes and scallions so not really the Alfredo preparation we were expecting. Mike declared, "Well, that was decent. But it was taken up too many notches by the red pepper, scallions and black pepper." Update: Had the leftover pasta and chicken for dinner tonight and the pasta was still spicy even though Mike had tried to remove most of the red pepper flakes and scallions. The restaurant gets crowded so you need to make a reservation and once your table is ready they send you a text and you must be in the parking lot with your full party or you will miss your reservation window and will Have to wait again We all ordered some steaks / lobster / shrimp / chicken and we all enjoyed our meals. The host staff was warm and inviting. We got sat right away. The server (Lucas) was excellent and gave us great recommendations. The food came out quickly which was perfect since we walked away from their neighboring competitor (Texas Roadhouse) due to their policy to not seat an incomplete party (my family was a few minutes away) and due to the rudeness of their staff, so my family was ready for food. Everything tasted great, the steak was cooked perfectly, and the portions were large! The atmosphere was great, it was an awesome dining experience. So glad we accidentally ended up here! This is the most "touristy" Outback I have ever been to. I think I came here on a sunday night and, although they where kinda busy, we were seated right away. I should mention that in every single table, including mine, there were families with kids, so, if that is something that bothers you, or if you are looking for a more "romantic" or "quiet" meal, definitely avoid this place. Service was ok. Our guy was nice, and even though he would disappear all the time, I can't complain about our orders or the time to prepare 'em. I believe I ordered the Steakhouse Salad, first time I've ever ordered one, it was very nice , but the portion was huge, and I barely ate half of it.
