Not a fan of Winghouse Bar & Grill. The wings are decent, but our server was not very pleasant and seemed like the young ladies there were flirty and attentive to the single guys and less enthusiastic to the couples. Maybe I am over analyzing, or maybe the single guys tip better, but on this experience I think I left a $5 tip just to reinforce that behavior. I know... that is an awful thing to do, but who am I to change that culture. It is a sports bar with plenty of TVs to watch games. Reminded me of a bootleg Hooters. Decided to try this place on a whim with their 10-dollar lunch specials. The atmosphere is pretty nice. Hardly original but nails all the aspects. The server was friendly and the food was pretty good (particularly the chicken tender sandwich, good sauce use). But...I just felt like I wasn't wanted there. I barely got any service because I didn't get any shots or beer (I had to work), and because of that, it wasn't very social. I had to wave down my server several times to get a refill on a drink or my final check. It just feels like they didn't want my business because I wasn't spending megabucks. Welp. read more

We ordered bone in wings in Sweet Tai Chili and buffalo shrimp. The food was so good. The wings were crispy outside and juicy inside. Fanni was our waitress and she was so nice knowledgeable about the menu. Highly recommend this place, and ask for Fanni to be your waitress. read more

Servicer and food was good but we have been to this location a few times and it's not really well taken care of. The bathroom needs attention and there was some flashing lights going on in the dining room. I'm not sure if it was on purpose or the light bulbs need to be changed. We ordered wings which we liked. Also ordered the nachos. They didn't come as advertised on the menu but were still good. The main reason for the two stars was the service. Our waitress pretty much sat at the bar chatting with a friend the entire time we dined. Therefore, no drink refills. Etc. I know it's a low score but it's much better than I would've thought. It's literally just fried shrimp drenched in buffalo sauce which is exactly what I wanted. It's not a dish that's out of this world with flavor but it just gets the job done when you want fried shrimp instead of wings as bar food. The shrimps were decently sized, fried well, and had a typical buffalo sauce on it! So I got no complaints and recommend trying it if you don't want to do the traditional wings route but still want something tossed in some buffalo sauce! read more

The food was a standard restaurant food. For our group the server was very attentive and quick with responses as well. Some issues that we did have was with the water. The water tasted like it was straight from a water canal or pond or, so I do not think it was filtered at all. I normally get a ginger beer and a glass of water but I was not able to drink water because of the taste. The get beer came but was just seltzer water. The server said it came from the gun at the bar. She said they would fix it but I decided on a sweat tea. The restaurant is similar to Hooters. The bathroom smelled of urine as if the urinals had not been flushed all day. They were out of paper towels in the bathroom. I did let the server know about the mens bathroom being dirty and not cleaned. A few hours after dinner my stomach was in knots. I am not sure what it was exactly but I was in double digets for the hotel bathroom on Friday. A few others also said they had some stomach discomfort and gassiness through the night and the next morning. I personally wouldn't go back but others in the group said that they would consider it. We came here because everyone wanted wings and I did not and no one wanted Buffalo Wild Wings or Hooter wings. Everyone raved about their wings (which I thought was super pricey!!) and I ordered the Patty Melt. The Patty Melt was good, not your traditional patty melt, but like a burger on Texas Toast. I would have loved sliced pickles in the sandwich, but they did put a pickle spear next to my curly fries and patty melt, so it was still good. The wings were the best I've had anywhere! Our party tried the hot honey, garlic parmesan, and golden BBQ flavors, and they were so good that there was more eating than talking. Very nasty, negative customer service!! I called to get some help with a Postmates error and not only did the manager repeatedly cut me off, he also argued with me as if what I was saying is not true. I've worked in customer service for over twenty years and I just tried to explain to him the issue. He was disgusting, and rude and did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO HELP OR UNDERSTAND MY ISSUE. I have been sitting waiting for my check for about 15 minutes while my waitress is on her phone and the bartender is working hard with Togo orders and the customers at the bar. I think he is the manager looked dead at me as I waved my card to pay and he just continued to talk to someone. My waitress finally to let me pay and she said she was sorry she was cleaning menus and I told her no you was sitting over there on your phone. I will never come back to this location. A old friend and I have celebrated our bithdays at this location for a dozen years or so... Last July was a low point for food and service but we decided to give the place one more chance last week. Wanted to sit outside on such a beautiful afternoon but was not approached by any staff. Walked inside to talk to the bartender who had maybe a half dozen guys sitting at the bar. Finally got her attention and was told there would be no outside service as she was the only staff and couldn't leave the bar but we could place an order. Ordered 20 wings and a pitcher of beer and went back outside. One of the kitchen staff brought out our order (wrong style wings and missing add-on items) without plates, napkins or a smile. We went to WingHouse on a whim after looking for a decent place to grab some food and beer along Osceola. First impression was that the overall vibe was similar to a Hooters. We were seated quickly and our waitress was friendly and sweet. We found the wings and jumbo platter to be suprisingly decent. They have a wide variety of sauces and rubs, which I appreciated. The Thai Chili had a nice kick and the Lemon Pepper wings were well seasoned. If you're coming to watch sports and munch on wings and bar style food, you'll have no problems. I did the honey hit lemon pepper combo while my dad opted for the jerk. They were pretty good. Everyone else ordered a quesadilla, St. Louis ribs, and burgers. The hamburgers received rave reviews. Quesadilla was terrible. Barely had any cheese. Very dry. The ribs were cooked perfectly...only if they were seasoned *chef's kiss* overall, I wouldn't come back but it was ok. Just off Dyer Blvd and US192. This place is amazing. The atmosphere of employees is great. Staff is friendly, restrooms are clean. Dining area very spacious and great views to all TV monitors if you want a channel to watch a game the staff will be happy to serve you. Parking is great. Lighting is good. Ordered cheeseburger and fries and burger was cooked perfect. Overall good experience. Manager was cooking and he apparently takes things seriously. Only so much I will tolerate when eating out. Total disrespect of a customer isn't one of them. Our server was Rebecca. She seemed nice at first but she seemed more interested in her cell phone than keeping our drinks filled. When the check came, I paid with a 50 dollar bill. According to my reciept, my change should have been $24.23. The server gave me back $24. I looked at the other members of my party and asked if I was missing something. Nope, the 23 cents wasn't there. When I called Rebecca over, showed her the reciept and asked where the 23 cents was. She rolled her eyes and walked to the bar. Sadly for her, I read lips. She told the bartender that the "asshole" she was waiting on wanted his 23 cents. She finally brought it over and walked away. I would have given her a 7 or 8 dollar tip. I couldn't care less about 23 cents but its the principal of it. If she did that to everyone she waited on, how much money would she have at the end of the day? I am here visiting on vacation. I have not only given this place the benefit of the doubt once, but twice! Must have been an "off night for the girls" I told myself. No, I just have never seen such an untrained staff in my 10 years working in the industry. What bar, ignores customers, when sitting at the bar without a greeting??? Busy???? We've all been there. But not ever have I been busy enough, to not greet a costumer sitting at MY bar. That is completely embarrassing to me, working in the industry. Ordered an appetizer, and stated that we wanted it out first. My rack of ribs came out first and when I brought it up to her thinking it was a mistake ( we all make them, I've been there and done that!), her response was "it's not ready yet." So we got both our meals, before our "appetizer" and even then had to send the wings back because they didn't come out at the flats we had asked for. My dining experience was absolutely horrendous.
