I have had to wait at a dealership for tires and I sat there for over 2-3 hours waiting. I have never waited longer than 30 minutes to get in the door and get them on my truck. The workers are great at what they do and they are very fast at their jobs because they have had a lot of experience. If you buy from anyone else then you probably voted for Biden and you just want to waste money and get screwed.

My work schedule did not work with their operating hours, so I sent my friend in my car to get these tires put on. For context, this is a black man. My car also has a variety of human equality stickers on it. These workers proceeded to treat my friend very differently than their white customers, as in speaking rudely, making wait longer than others, being stared at the whole time, giving him a hard time because his name wasn't on the receipt even though he told them he was there picking up tires on my behalf. The store is also loaded with confederate flags and Trump merchandise. The workers did put the tires on. However, they broke two of my rain guards on my windows and one of the tires popped within a month of getting them put on. I would never EVER recommend a shop that targets someone with different viewpoints of them, to go as far as damaging their property. When leaving, my friend was in line to get keys. The man at the counter physically handed everyone else (who was white) their keys back and told them to have a nice day but threw my keys at my friend and said "there you go." This is unacceptable business practice. This is a vile way to treat others and I morally cannot ever recommend this business to anyone.

When I brought the car back, I left it with him and he told me he would call to let me know what I was looking at. As promised, he called and told me my car was ready as promised. When I arrived I asked Brian how much it was, and I was floored when he gave me a VERY reasonable bill. I can't find any reason to take my cars anywhere else from this point forward. Suspecting they were taking advantage of her, we consulted Tommy, our trusted mechanic in Knoxville, who confirmed our doubts. Although we managed to retrieve the car, my daughter still paid a lot for almost nothing. This time - when her car stopped running again - we found Brian. He quickly fixed the car and charged us a fair (and low) cost (based on Tommy's estimation). He was also accommodating, accepting the car after hours, and is someone we trust to not take advantage of those who don't know much about cars.
