Millers Flowers is AH-MAZING!!! A cousin of ours from Muncie passed away and my Dad wanted to send his wife a plant...but we all live out of state so weren't familiar with local florists in Muncie. Millers had great reviews, so decided to give them a shot. A woman named Kendra answered the phone when I first called in. She was friendly and helpful right off the bat (I had several questions). She made me feel comfortable and good about what we were thinking we wanted to order. While placing the order, I didn't have a good contact number for my cousin's wife (only cell number for cousin who died), so I gave Kendra my number asking her to please call me if there were any issues. After I got off the phone I was just getting ready to call my Dad to try to obtain another phone number, when Kendra called back. She said the delivery guy felt it would be best to call my cousin's wife before he attempted a delivery because he was kind of a "big burly guy" and he didn't want to scare her by showing up at her door unannounced. How THOUGHTFUL was THAT??!! First to even consider that aspect, then to take the time to call to get a better phone number?! That's OUTSTANDING customer service in my book!! And it's not like they were doing a wedding for us or anything...I only ordered one plant from them - for a great price, I might add! And they said they might even be able to make the delivery yet that day (I called early afternoon). After this interaction, I just can't say enough GOOD THINGS about Millers Flowers! Amazing customer service and nothing but VIP treatment! I called in and asked for a custom arrangement for a funeral and they more than exceeded my expectations. Designed a gorgeous lantern and flower display for me. They even personally text me a picture of it before delivering since I live out of town. I wish all businesses treated their customers this way. I am SPEECHLESS at the arrangement Miller's Florist made for a friend of mine whose mother just passed suddenly. I am from out of state and had to goggle a florist in the area. When I saw their name, something stood out so I called them. The girl couldn't have been nicer, actually, the nicest person I have ever spoken to in a flower shop and trust me, this is not my first rodeo and I am big on sending flowers. She helped me with the arrangement in the eleventh hour and the driver was willing to drop it off on his way home. That alone was stellar, but when she texted me a picture of this arrangement I was speechless. I almost fell over. It was one of the most beautiful arrangements, simple and elegant for the family that I have ever ordered. Next time you are looking for a great florist anywhere, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this florist, even if you are out of state, because I know they stand behind whatever arrangement leaves their customer service desk. Millers florist is absolutely fantastic! I ordered a plant for a birthday gift in Muncie, Indiana. I live in Arizona. The lady said she would decorate the gift really nice and wow she did just that! The plant itself was beautiful. The decorations she added made an already beautiful and colorful plant even more spectacular. I can not say enough good things about this florist.
