We spent thousands of dollars, only to have furniture arrive in unacceptable condition on the morning of my wedding. Our event coordinator had to call a manager back to the venue to attempt stain removal, but many stains remained clearly visible. As a bride, this was BEYOND disheartening. NO ONE should have to deal with this kind of stress on their wedding day. It's clear they have no proper quality control in place to prevent such issues. To make matters worse, I have called the business EIGHT times since my wedding, simply to speak with someone about even a partial refund or compensation. Not once has someone followed through with a response other than "we'll get back to you". I never imagined I would have such a terrible experience with a "premiere" or "luxury" rental company. A company that claims to provide high-quality event rentals. If you are considering renting from them, be warned- you are taking a huge risk with both the quality of what will be delivered and their complete lack of accountability afterward. THE ONLY thing i can say that was done right- was that they added some pillows to help with their mistake the day of. The stains were still visible and compensation should be made for the extreme stress and turmoil that I experienced the morning of my wedding.

If I were having a large wedding or other event, perhaps a convention, I would definitely consider this venue. It is right off of the 181 which is right near the 10, which is very convenient. It's also close to the heart of Baldwin County and the Eastern shore which is perfectly situated for anyone in any part of Baldwin county Alabama. This was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional venue experiences I've ever had. We had multiple meetings and clearly booked the space for 8:00 PM - 1:00 AM. Everything seemed fine during the sales process. The owner, Margaret, was friendly and said all the right things upfront. Once payment was made, the experience changed completely. When we arrived earlier that day, the venue was not ready at all. Floors were dirty, decorations weren't set up, and nothing had been prepared. Members of our family ended up cleaning, mopping, and setting up the space ourselves for HOURS, tasks we paid the venue to handle. One of us was there from 11:00 AM until 7:00 PM just helping get the room ready. Even when guests started arriving, things still weren't finished. Then the biggest issue: Around 11:45 PM, the lights were suddenly turned on and we were told the party had to end early due to "insurance not allowing events past midnight." This had NEVER been disclosed during any meeting or planning conversation. If we had known that, we never would have scheduled or paid for a 1:00 AM end time. So we paid nearly $4,000 for a 5-hour event and didn't even get 4 hours. When we asked questions, the owner became loud and argumentative in front of our guests and told everyone to leave immediately. It was embarrassing and completely unprofessional. We tried to clean and pack up, but we were rushed out and not even given time to properly finish. Later we were accused of not cleaning -- which made no sense because we were told to leave right away. Between: poor preparation lack of organization last-minute rule changes early shutdown and how we were spoken to in front of guests this was extremely disappointing. I helped plan and pay for this event and attended the meetings personally, so this review is based on first-hand experience. There are too many other venues out there to deal with this level of stress. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I spoke directly to the owner prior to the day of the pickup and was assured that black chairs were available. However, when I received the items the chairs were the wrong color, filthy, and missing tips that keep the chairs from sliding or damaging the floor. There were also chairs that were not the standard table height, and some were missing screws to secure the back. Needless to say, the chairs were unusable! The table was covered in dirt and out of sheer desperation it took me 15 minutes and an entire canister of disinfecting wipes to clean the table before being able to place a tablecloth on it for use. I contacted the owner and never received a callback!! I will never use this company again nor do I recommend it !! I will use Blue Rental Company!! Apparently, this company buys/retrieves discarded chairs from Blue Rental because their name Blue Rental was stamped on the bottom with a blue line of spray paint across it.
