The outdoor seating was welcoming and engaging with plenty of shady and sunny spots to accommodate any needs. Although I did not try any food items (we were on our way to a BBQ), the menu is diverse and items coming out to others looked great! When you complain, they say shop elsewhere or downright ask you to leave. Please be cognizant as a LOT of people are getting ripped off, unknowingly. Please consider sharing your findings with the BBB, Ohio Weights & Measures, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Ohio Attorney General. Kroger, as a near monopoly, has a duty and obligation to provide honest and fair pricing practices. They are knowingly and willingly doing the opposite of this. The burden of having to audit receipts, to this degree, should NOT be required on there consumers part. This issue is well known and has even been brought to light by investigative reporting from Consumer Reports in conjunction with The Fern.
