Was appaualed by craftsmanship. The shower fixtures were loose, you can hear the pipe behind enclosure not properly supported, no caulking as well. The new bathroom sink, was not installed correctly. The drain stop did not work, was loose as well. I haven't check the kitchen faucet. This is not professional installation. I looked at her invoice. Very disappointed, will be contacting them. My mom is elderly, such a shame.

He showed me where the filter was located and said that it should be cleaned regularly, something I was never told by the installer. I asked whether we could install a second riser on the tank for easier access to pump it next time since the access lid didn't have a riser and it had to be dug up. He said that's what he would do and offered to buy the parts for me since I wanted to do it myself. He got the parts, and it was an easy install. Overall, top quality service, and I will be calling next time I need any plumbing work.
