He showed me where the filter was located and said that it should be cleaned regularly, something I was never told by the installer. I asked whether we could install a second riser on the tank for easier access to pump it next time since the access lid didn't have a riser and it had to be dug up. He said that's what he would do and offered to buy the parts for me since I wanted to do it myself. He got the parts, and it was an easy install.
