Every office visit I paid my co-pay, yet despite my last visit being in January, I received a letter in October threatening collections for a supposed 90-day overdue balance. How can I owe anything when I haven't been there in 10 months? The service is terrible, overrated, and far too expensive. The care is sometimes good sometimes deficient.
