I received the quote in October made a downpayment in November but for various reasons work could not get started untill April. In the meantime I worked with the team designer who was very helpful in choosing all the materials. On April 3 Sandro's team arrived with the selected materials which were delivered with great care. Marco and his assistant started the demolition the next day and all the waste and debris were taken away the following day. From then on, Marco worked non stop putting in long days. At the end of each day the site was left neat and tidy.. His punctuality, his attention to detail, his integrity and his hard work all contributed to a finished product that has thrilled me to no end. It was completed in 3 weeks. I did have a couple of small issues after the renovation had been completed but they were addressed immediately and to my satisfaction. I felt I was in good hands from beginning to end! Yes they are a bit expensive but l have to say you get what you pay for in quality, efficiency of work and great customer service. I will definitely use them again for future projects.

Unfortunately, as the project progressed, significant problems began to arise due to poor workmanship and lack of competent workers. Without letting me know that they were going to gut the kitchen, Dimitri the worker, just dumped everything in opened boxes . they was dust in every box and all my dishes etc had to be washed. When I brought this to Sandro's attention, his answer was we will wash everything, which was never done by them. The ceilings in both the living room and Bedroom were not installed properly and had to be done 3 times. When they were redoing the ceilings, They took the furniture and just dumped it on the leather couches without covering them There was dust everywhere . As they were redoing the entire kitchen, the floor was installed first followed by the cupboards, counter sinks etc. Unfortunately due to lack of competent workmen, the sink pipes were not properly installed and leaked on the tiles which caused them to lift up And the floor had to be redone again. The backslash was installed and again poor installation. They were suppose to paint the living , dining room and bedroom . They just painted the ceilings and part of the walls, I had to fight with Sandro to get him to paint the doors or window sills/radiator covers. As far as painting in the kitchen again, I had to fight to have the doors painted His response was always, it's an insurance claim. I was told in writing that the project would be completed by June 15th at the latest. ( I gave the place I was staying notice that I was leaving on the 13 due to Grand Prix and I went to stay with a friend for 10 days as I had no working kitchen. The kitchen was finally completed in September . When I brought all this to Sandro's attention, his answer was, " in my 20 years working in the business, sometimes there are projects that do not work out the way it was planned and your project was one of them". I could not believe his response.i am extremely disappointed with the handling of the project as well as the quality of the workman ship! I tried on numerous occasions to contact Walter Assi the owner but he never responded.I think they took on more projects then Renovco had workers f....
