In a world where customer service is supposed to mean something, Gan manages to be the cautionary tale that gets whispered around water coolers everywhere: Don't end up like him. From the very start, Gan was, in the words of Singh, "basically, pushed off onto other salesmen." That's right--if you're expecting Gan to take any personal responsibility for your business, forget about it. He wouldn't return a phone call for weeks at a time. And when, by some miracle, you do get him on the phone, he seems completely unfamiliar with the very processes that should be second nature to someone in his position. It's almost impressive how little he knows, considering the name over the door. The worst part? This isn't just any employee--it's the namesake of the business. You'd think he'd have some pride or a sense of duty. Instead, he's a living testament to that old adage: the first generation makes the money, the second grows it, and by the third, it's gone. Kinda sad for the person whose name is literally on the sign to be that lazy. Save yourself the headache. If you want someone who knows what they're doing, look anywhere else

Because they were not trying to give my $$ back. Diffee is iffy. But Gary he was trying to make it right. Everyone else was very rude and kinda not helpful.
