Their infusion…read morecenter in Canton is amazing, and at corporate their billing staff, Charlotte, was truly an angel. But... their intake department will drive away customers. I have had issues with them getting my insurance information wrong more times than I can count. And instead of notifying me I get called by my clinic the day before my appointment because they just received another message saying I don't have insurance. You can not be checked in or anything until that is fixed. Then the clinic has to contact the corporate office to try and get it fixed. It gets fixed by close of business that day only to have the computer system update at midnight and when they get in the next morning only to have the system again say my insurance is invalid. I have shown up only to be told that they can't give me my medication because they can't over ride anything. I have called my insurance just to find out on their end everything is fine, and have had to call their intake multiple times to correct my insurance information. This is ridiculous. Right now I am also still waiting for a medication that finally says pending in the system, that my doctor ordered 3 months ago and resent multiple times because I was continually being told that their intake hadn't received it yet. I have Myasthenia Gravis. I am not on these infusions for fun. these are life sustaining medications for me. without these medications I will either wind up in the ICU on a ventilator or dead. you say this is a Christian based company, yet the only God I see them worshipping is the all mighty dollar. I was a nurse for over 20 years and I have never seen this level of incompetence. How long before your computer glitches cost a life? I feel the rest of the staff they are amazing, and do such an amazing job and really feel like I get the absolute best care possible there. But I cannot keep wondering every week whether or not I can even get my medication because of their computer system.

I had to transfer several prescriptions from my compounding pharmacy in Virginia and they took care of everything! They even made my compounds better by dosing them differently which meant less cost to me (as insurance doesn't cover them) and less to apply (they are skin creams). Whoot whoot! Very friendly, helpful and caring of their customers. A gem to find while staying with family for a bit. Highly recommend!

I'll admit, she may have been having one too, Young lady simply said it was declined. I felt like i wS put on the defensive. She didn't explain or ask what the number ended in. I got angry after asking her more than 3 times why they didn't still have it. I think that was a legit question. But she said it was declined an equal number of times before I had to asker about the last 4 digits. I felt like she was accusing me of fraud. Idk why a professional business can't handle this without confusion. New payment info is a common thing. Don't telle outwardly that it was declined. Ask my info. Please. About a year ago, I called them for a refill, leaving all the pertinent info. At that time, they had my banking info on file. I waited to weeks to ask where my Rx was. I was told by the Mgr that they needed my authorization to fill it. Well, I asked if asking for the refill wasn't an authorization on its own? He drew a blank, was quiet, I said hello, he was there but didn't seem to know what to say. So I asked him again. More silence. I had no idea if he was looking for the voice-mail or just drew a blank. I got angry and told him to please just fill it, bc it was already paid. It cleared the bank, to send it soon bc I was now out of it and was afraid of w/drawal symptoms. I'm confused as to why this group of professionals has a hard time coping in their business? We purchased two whole-sub Boar's Head sandwiches (a Turkey and an Italian), a large bag of Lays Classic Chips, and a Milos Sweet Tea for $34. The quality and taste of their sandwiches surpasses Subway and rivals Jimmy Johns. The service at their Deli Station was IMPRESSIVE!!! Special thanks to Debbie, who made my Italian sandwich and the dark-hair/bearded guy who made my wife's Turkey sandwich; unfortunately, he was moving so fast that I could not get his name. BTW, my wife did not finish her Turkey sandwich and hours later, I enjoyed the half she left and it was still delicious.

Now that this one is open, I prefer this location. It has everything I need here plus more vs the other location. This Publix location layout is a little different bs other locations. Most of them are pretty much the same. For example bakery up front, but at this location, theirs is in the back. They have fresh food made here daily that are beyond your typical grocery store fresh food. They make ramen, rice bowls, fresh sushi, and other food that other publix locations do not offer. Definitely worth checking out! Oh and this location is also a 2 story grocery store! How cool!
