They have messed up my maintenance prescriptions in every way possible. Last week they totally cancelled my prescriptions while the whole state was shut down with 7" of snow and I couldn't get there, so now I'm jumping. Through hoops with my dr to try to get the prescription re-written. I called and asked them to mail them to me and they said they would but that they couldn't take the payment and I'd have to call somewhere else to pay for it before they could do it. Just insane. Some of it may be a cvs process problem but this store is a mess The staff has terrible customer service, no one has any sense of urgency. I've sat in a 4 car line for 25 minutes before. read more

Great store. Very organized and clean. Employees are great. Used this specific store regularly for many years probably over a decade. Not sure where the negative reviews are coming from. Pharmacy is great and very accommodating. We now get all our vaccines here for expediency. Never ever had a bad experience on the years I have used this store. read more

Buyer beware. If you have dual insurance and/or prescription coverage, please make sure you tell them to run both. Also be sure they actually RUN your insurance. Otherwise, they will choose the most expensive cost to you. We were about to pay $160 for a prescription until my spouse asked them if they checked all coverage. They said no, we just ran the primary. Once they checked the other coverages the prescription was $10. This experience caused me to look for other prescriptions that were not properly processed. I paid $63.00 for another med and it also should have been $10. I had to file a claim with my insurance company. The response from the pharmacy was that they had all of my insurance coverage information but they get busy sometimes. What?????? That is a sloppy and uncaring way to treat customers. I had a good experience here. I went into the shorter drive thru lane but I didn't realize I went into the line for covid testing only. The lady in the window was kind enough to let me know my two options - go into the next drive thru lane or go into the store. I decided to go into the store since there were 4-5 cars waiting in that lane. I'm so glad I did! My visit was so quick and easy. There's a glass shield between the pharmacy staff and patients. I felt safe. I wouldn't mind going back in the store to get refill prescriptions again especially if the drive thru lane is so long. I also know where to go for covid testing too! read more

This the best pharmacy! I have used this CVS since it opened. The customer service is second to none. Amy and Jamie, the pharmacists are top notch! Their care is amazing and so appreciated. No matter how busy, they always take the time to say hello. In my opinion, they are the BEST! There is also Rachel ! Like Amy and Jamie she is always running a mile a minute, but takes the time chat and makes every interaction wonderful. Jessica is great too! Most unorganized pharmacy. Over 8 hours for my script to be filled. Cant fill my other one. Have no records of my third script being sent over from my doctor. Have been in pain and unable to eat or drink for 6 days. The two medications that were suppose to relieve my pain they cant fill and can't find. Do not trust these people if you are seriously ill. Not to mention after sitting on the phone with their robot the second someone answers the phone they hang up. read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! My wife and I came through the drive through lanes to pick up a prescription. We were the first car in the second lane. There was another car in the first lane. The signs clearly stated and requested that we use both lanes. However, after waiting for over 10 minutes, we were never greeted nor acknowledged in any way. Even after pushing the "call" button a few times, no one said "we will be with you shortly" nor "this lane is currently closed" (again after the sign said use both lanes). The people (more than one) working the drive through lanes obviously saw us. Evidently, acknowledging customers that need their prescriptions filled is NOT on the list of priorities...for a pharmacy!! I recommend either taking the signs down (if they're no longer applicable) or hiring personnel that's actually concerned about meeting the needs of hurting people. In the past I've not had great experiences at CVS due to pharmacy employees poor attitude and general laziness. BUT this location is great! I'm always in and out within minutes which is truly astonishing for me- as I was used to waiting 30 min or so at my old location. read more

If I could give zeros stars I would. Went in for a sinus infection. I get them every year around this time like clockwork due to extreme allergies. I usually have to have cefdinir and a steroid shot injection in order to get over it. The nurse practitioner was extremely rude and was treated me like a just a number on an assembly line. Wasn't truly listening to me. Barely examined me, and after asking what I usually take to get over my infection she then informs me that the minute clinic doesn't do the steroid shot. (the little clinic does) She then goes through a spiel that I have never heard before that makes zero sense and treating me like an idiot she is far superior. I am frustrated and just wanting to end the appointment at this point. 139 dollars waisted. What's more I go to pick up my medicine and the same nurse practitioner calls and cancels the steroid packet that I needed to get over this infection. I think was done out of spite. I was in tears knowing that what I was given is probably not going to even work and I'm going to have to spend more money going to see someone else. Do NOT make an appointment here! Run! read more

Just had a such great experience at this store developing pictures. the manager was so kind and I haven't had a customer service experience this good in so long. Shout out to to Nancy and Wayne! They were more than helpful. read more

The manager Wayne just gave me the best customer experience I've had in the last ten years, honestly maybe my entire life. He helped fix our problems with the pictures we developed which was not CVS problem, it was Kodak's problem. Talk about making the customer happy bc I will be raving about this experience for a while. Thank you so much. read more

I visit the place regularly - it's nice and clean, easy to find things on the shelf and they have good sales if you have the time to look around. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because the employees in the pharmacy aren't the friendliest in the world. read more
