They don't check online reservations and when they tell you that they are overbooked, what it really means is that they dont have enough customers to make it worth their while and leave you standing out in the heat or cold. Not wanting to miss my flight I had to hitchhike and a sympathetic motorist took me all the way to McCarran airport and once there I had to run like hell. These incompetent imbeciles need to be sanctioned and lose their business license. A third world operation at it's worst. It doesn't pay to be black!!!

Bad Weather caused many delays in Charlotte and my plane into las Vegas was 3 hours late landing at 9:30pm- Commuter services is supposed to leave the airport at 9:30pm, so I knew I had missed the shuttle & had to find a hotel in Vegas for the night. I called to let Commuter Services know why I'd missed their shuttle. When Alan found out I was at the airport, he wouldn't leave without me. He met me at baggage claim to help me exit the airport after claiming my bag. We ended up driving away just after 10pm. What great service - I couldn't believe they waited for me- and a big thanks to the other patient shuttle passengers. Great ending to a very long day! Thank-you!

After 10 texts and 12 phone calls (Voice Mail box full), I received no response. I even called an alternate phone number for one of the owners...leaving voice messages and texts. I had used this same service twice in the last year--one trip on return was not satisfactory. I gave them a second chance and it went better. My elderly parents & 3 other elderly relatives visited Laughlin for my mom's 70th birthday. They…read morewere all very excited to ride the water taxi in the evening to cool off and enjoy the River. They've taken the water taxi multiple times before during other trips and enjoyed their experience. This time, they each paid $20 for the day pass, to ensure there were no problems with the ride & they planned to ride to the end of the line and return to their original stop. Upon presenting their wristbands and saying their ride plans, the captain (Tony) told them that they were "messing up his plans to pick up other customers" and tried to force them to get off far before their original stop. Again, everyone in the party was a senior citizen. Some of them have significant health challenges and it was over 100 degrees, even at that time of night. That is absolutely unacceptable treatment. They stayed on the boat, but they were very shaken by the confrontation. My parents called me early the next morning, still flustered and upset because of the experience. They shared that other boat passengers had also reported negative experiences with Tony. I called and spoke to a very nice woman who put me in touch with the owner. The owner spoke to my parents and apologized, which they appreciated. Even though this could have turned out negatively, I appreciate the kind response of the owner. Hopefully, Tony will treat other passengers better in the future.
