Late picking me up from the airport. On the drive back to Kingman he was so high or drunk I had him drop me off at the Chevron by White Hill. He was all over the road I don't know if more scared or nauseated or both. I called my husband to pick me up on his way home from work. I reported him to the AZ Highway Patrol. The driver took upon himself to tip himself $980.00! Way to cheat our family, including my husband who is a retired Vietnam veteran out of $980.00! Hope the night out was worth it! From myself: My grandmother contacted the company, was given the run around and ultimately took responsibility for their driver taking my grandparents money yet claimed their driver was robbed, yet failed to call police and refused to give my grandparents their money. She didn't make it into Arizona until almost 2 o'clock in the morning. They were supposed to pick her up at 7:30 PM. They were claiming that the shuttle broke down on the way to the airport! I would not- not- not recommend Mikes Royal Service....On the 13th Febuary, had a reservation for ride from my home to las vegas airport at 9:00 a.m. He never showed up......I called Him 10 times, answered the phone 1 time, next 9 times , only received voice mail...I missed my flight,the next flight was higher---- this blunder costed me $650. They NEVER showed up, causing my Aunt to miss her flight that resulted in an extra airline charge, extra charge for pet boarding, and missing her connecting shuttle home, causing a 4 day delay! I hired Royal Shuttle to drive my 70 year old mother from Kingman to Tempe, AZ. This is normally a 3 or 3.5 hour drive. The driver called me at 2 pm from Wickenburg, AZ to ask me for directions to the Phoenix area, which should have been the first red flag. My mother called at 3:50 pm. They were on the Interstate Hwy10 near the Sky Harbor Airport exit (approx. 15-20 minutes from my home in Tempe. She called again at 5:15 pm - saying they were near the Lone Butte Casino (south Phoenix). I gave the driver directions - again. At this point, my mother was getting hungry and tired of driving around with a driver who obviously didn't have GPS, a map or any ability to follow directions. My mom said that the woman driving would see a road sign for one of the roads in the directions and just get off the highway, and then when the next part of the directions didn't make sense, she would just get back on the highway. I feared that they would be driving around all night if they didn't stop, so I asked the driver to please get off the highway and go to the nearest gas station, etc. She refused to do so. At 6 pm (6 hours after leaving Kingman), they were further from my house than they were at 3:50 pm. I called Royal Shuttle to ask them what kind of person they had hired and why the woman didn't have GPS, a Map, etc.; the basic tools to do her job. The Royal Shuttle rep I spoke with didn't have any answer, and he didn't even apologize. All he offered to do was call the driver and give her directions (again). I finally informed Royal Shuttle that if they didn't instruct the woman driving to pull into a gas station, Walgreens, etc. so I could pick my mother up - that I was going to call the police and report it as a kidnapping. Finally, when I told the driver this, she stopped driving - and I picked my mom up at a Walgreens. I cannot begin to imagine who this woman was, but I guarantee you that Royal Shuttle did no type of screening to hire this woman! I would not trust them to drive anyone anywhere - and I recommend that if you plan to use their shuttle service, you ask very detailed questions about the person driving, what their experience is, and if they have and know how to use GPS, etc. Be warned...and be safe!!!! read more

My mother has used Royal Shuttle's service to Vegas on several occasions and has had excellent service. The drivers are on time and courteous. One way from Kingman to McCarran is $80, but round-trip is $140 - a pretty good deal. Plus they will pick you up wherever you want. They also offer service to Lake Havasu. This is a great service to have available in Kingman! read more

I would recommend to anyone..they were very helpful to us..our car broke down on today Sunday next to Kingman az...no taxis, no rentals, no greyhound..and they were able to help us late at night ..the driver was excellent..very reasonable price for 4 people..provided door service to barstow, California ..A+++++++ service ... I hired Royal Shuttle to take me to the airport and they were an hour late picking me up so I was a nervous wreck worrying they would not get me to the airport on time, but I just made it. On the trip home they were 3 hours late picking me and two other passengers up. He drove like a madman forcing me to scream pull over and let me drive. The elderly lady next to me was so scared she was in tears. I said to the passengers is anybody else scared to death and they all said they were. He finally pulled over and let his partner drive. The drive after that was fine. Would not recommend Royal Shuttle to anybody and I would walk to the airport before I called them. read more

If I could give less than 1 star I would!! This company really needs to shut down before they kill someone. I am filing a complaint with the BB. 1. They were 15 minutes late and called to tell us they were on their way and would be there in 15 or 20 minutes, we had already left to drive the 93 year old gentleman to the Vegas airport ourselves.Its a darn good thing I did not trust them and went back to pick up same 93 year old man 3 weeks later when he returned from his trip because they did not even show up at all as far as we know. 2. 2nd example of their complete incompetence is had a couple leaving for a flight to meet cruise and Royal Shuttle just did not show up at all,Thankfully these people just drove them selfs and did not wait long for car. 3. Car was late picking 80 year old lady up to be taken to Las Vegas Airport but she was persistent and kept calling them. It was her return transfer that was the kicker! They were not there to meet her in baggage claim, she patiently waited about an hour before calling them. When she did call them owner Mike answered the phone. He was in Bullhead and complained that one of his employees quit and ran off with money. She asked OK what am I suppose to do for a ride home?? He said well ok I will come and get you but I cannot be there for a couple hours. She waited 3 more hours until he arrived. NOW keep in mind we are taking about the company owner. Well he showed up finally, they walked out to car in over 100 degrees and he proceeded to tell her she would have to roll down window because the air conditioning did not work! Well she was mad at this point and did not want to talk with him so she sat in back seat. As they are driving on the 93 back to Kingman he says well I hope we have enough gas to make it home!! She said well stop and get some and he said it was just too expensive out there and he did not have enough money.Of course she offered to pay for the gas and he said no that is alright.( what an Idiot willing to let an 80 year old women sit in the desert in those kind of temperatures) Now she has become nervous of course , then he starts swerving all over the road, head falling and eyes closing. She kept talking with him and patting his shoulder so he would not fall asleep. SHE WAS PRAYING ALL THE WAY HOME!! Please do not use this company under any circumstances, I feel bad that the guys business is failing but he has no right to put the safety of anybody in jeopardy !! read more

I hired this company for my sister to get a drive from Golden Valley to Las vegas airport, the guy was not only hours late he asked to borrow money from my sister for gas to get to the airport!! This company doesn't deserve any rating. They get a zero from us. It took two days for my mother to get someone to even call her back to book a trip from Kingman to Las Vegas. Finally got it booked, but today when they were supposed to pick her up at 11:00 a.m. they were a "no show." She called and called and only got a voice message. I called at noon and got a voice message. Ultimately, they never showed and she had to get a taxi cab for her ride to Las Vegas to make her flight out here for her grandson's college graduation. These people should be out of business because they do terrible business and are unreliable. read more

Poor service Kingman to Vegas airport. No show and shabby vehicle, Then, after a reminder phone call 20 minutes after pickup time, lady, Bonnie I think, arrived 40 minutes late to pick me up in a crummy vehicle. Poor planning. No back up vehicle so she used a dirty SUV with broken air con PLUS someone spilled gasoline inside the vehicle... so we rode on a major highway for 2 hours,in 90+ weather with all windows open. Gas fumes gave me a headache, nausea not welcome before a flight. So, late pickup, dirty vehicle, no aircon and reeked of gasoline. ...AND no cruise control, so erratic speeds. Also, she forgot her sunglasses and had trouble driving, said she was up all night, An unpleasant ride. Got a 1 * since she did get me to the airport on time. Never, Never, Never hire these people. I was to be picked up at 6AM for a ride to Las Vegas Airport for a 10AM flight. First, I was called to change the time to 5, then the driver was 1 hour late without a call although I called to check. Then, the driver went to Bullhead City and then Laughlin without my knowledge for 2 other pickups, then had to make a bathroom stop and then drove too fast, at times recklessly, to get to the airport. 3 hours and 20 minutes after pickup, I got to my Airline too late to make my flight. I was then rerouted 3 times, ending up in Dallas after being cancelled out of 2 other stops and being put on standby. I finally arrived home at 2:30AM having been up since 4. Please do yourself a favor and call some other service. read more

This service does not even deserve a 1 star. After a long trip from back east the driver was 2 hr late. Then the vehicle would not start. When it did he said he had to get gas. The tank was on empty. At the gas station he asked me for 1/2 of the fare $40 so he could put gas in. He said he could not use credit card nor had money. He was the owner of this 11 yr old business. This was the most terrible experience with a shuttle. I was glad I had someone meeting me in Kingman because I didn't know if my safety was in danger. My friend owns Bridge Travel and will never recommend this shuttle. Absolutely horrible and it cost me $80. read more

This company advertises 'royal treatment'. This is royal treatment: we booked them to pick up our son from McCarran to Kingman on the 4th Aug. His flight got in at 3:30 pm. The driver was late picking him up due to a 'last minute' pickup at Sunrise hospital (nasty woman) and then wait for another arrival back at McCarran. They came by way of Laughlin and finally arrived at our home in Kingman at 8:45. Our son states the driver was fantastic and went out of his way to make his ride pleasant despite the other passengers. On the 10th when he was to return to McCarran we called to verify his pickup time as 9 pm. Bonnie called us later and asked to pick him up at 7 pm instead. His flight did not go until 1 am. We said no so she said it would be 8:30 pm. She called again 30 mins later and said 9 pm was ok. The driver arrived at 8:20. His paperwork said 8:30. On the way to the airport Bonnie called the driver. He answered his phone and put it on speaker phone so that his hands were free to drive. Bonnie then ripped him a new one making him very agitated. My son got to sit there and listen to the unprofessionalism exhibited by this woman. Not to mention even answering the phone while driving a customer and then upsetting the driver. I did not appreciate my son's life being of such little value to these people. When my husband contacted Mike, the owner, it was very obvious to my husband that Mike could care less. He made no attempt to repair the damage done and really was not interested in details. Needless to say, we will not be using this service again. I would give them a zero but it's not an option. read more

If there were 0 stars, that's what they would get. They are a monoply so they do not care about their poor service. I reserved two round trips from Kingman to Las Vegas airport and back. They charged my account a full month early. When my relative came into Las Vegas there was no one to meet her. After leaving messages with the company for two hours she finally got a call back. It was 2-1/2 hrs before anyone got there to pick her up. She was in a wheelchair and could not even go get something to eat because she did not know if/when they would show up. A week later we were to be picked up at 5 am for the trip to the airport. About 4:10 we got a call asking if we could be ready in 10 min. She then called 3 times to get directions. Meanwhile another fare had been waiting over an hour and was irate. She should have picked him up first. The night before my return I called the company and asked that I be called if they would be late. No one was there, no one called. After 3-1/2 hours and many calls to the company and getting 4 different excuses I was told it would be another 1-1/2 to 2 hours. At that point I took a cab. It cost $313.01. I think the company owes me that, plus the one way fare for neglecting to pick me up. The company will not respond to my letters or BBB. I would not recommend Royal Shuttle to anyone. read more

Unprofessional - Late to arrive. Additional occupant that had the seat pushed way too far back in order to sleep. Intolerable smell of cat urine filled the car. After a mile or so I could not handle the smell anymore and asked for the driver to turn around and take me back to my home. The driver asked "Why" and I replied that there was a bad smell. The driver argued that the car was just detailed and couldn't have an odor. I am sorry that the driver has no ability to smell but I don't need to explain myself to anyone. I demanded to be taken back and the driver finally turned around in the middle of the highway. After turning the car around the driver came very close to rear ending a pick up truck. After being dropped of someone from Royal (lol right) called and asked what the problem was. As I explained the experience I was cut off and told that the car was getting serviced yesterday and couldn't smell like urine.
