Perhaps, what they are most known for is their bakery selling fresh apple pies, apple bread, cider, fritters and variety of seasonal baked goods. There is also an open-kitchen display window so you can watch how they bake their products. We decided to eat at the smoke house restaurant. A full rack of ribs, fries and a blooming onion costed $55. The ribs were flavorful and tender but I thought fries and onion were just very average and overpriced. I would skip those next time. Since I was watching my sugar intake, I skipped out on the more popular items and opted for a few scones and muffins for the drive back home. The scones were so rich, buttery and very crumbly on the outside with a dense interior. It was so savory and delicious. The muffins were very good as well and to my surprise wasn't too sweet. This was such a charming little town. I would definitely come back again next time I drive eastward. I think their bakery items are really good and were very reasonable in price. Said pie was actually quite delicious; the plentiful apple pieces were so tasty, and the pie itself was super flavorful and not too sweet. It's good stuff. I think I'll stick with the apple pie on future visits to The Big Apple.
