I had some ray of hope, but this ended quickly. He told me that he was on network with Blue Shield PPO. I never heard back from his office. My husband and I made 8 phone calls trying to figure out what the problem was. My husband and I literally drove to his office trying to get an answer. In the meantime, I get a letter from Blue Shield stating the shot was denied because it wasn't nedically necessary. This is because the employee who filled out the request didn't know what she was doing. She didn't put in the appropriate information. My husband and I spoke to the office mgr, Mario. He promised us an answer. He never called us back. BTW: The doctor is not in network. He didn't even know if he was in network. We asked Mario for a cash price. We never received an answer. I guess they dont care about patients. One time I called, the girl at the front desk told me that the doctor sees 40 patients a day. That's another lie. No doctor sees that many patients. This doctor's office is the worst. I can't believe they stay open. Now, here's the cherry on the cake. We get a bill for $1,570.00. All we had was an office visit. When we asked what the price was for an office visit, the doctor said $500.00. The doctor said, "Oh, something is very wrong here." No kidding!! My opinion is to stay far away from this doctor and office. They lie, don't know what they are doing, and never return calls even when they promise to return a call. Horrible customer service.

Obviously, I created a false narrative that he retired young and was traveling the Bahamas in happiness and that he was no longer an option for me.
