This is my second visit here and both times I've had decent experience with the staff. However, this time I wasn't given a consultation before beginning my treatment. I did message Dr. Jean in advance regarding my issues and it seems like only one out of the two issues were acknowledged at the appointment. Everything was go, go, go. Nice clean area I've been here a few times and I need to make an appointment to come back. I initially came here because I was feeling a slight pain on my right elbow. I feel much better and a sense of relief now from doing acupuncture, acupuncture stimulation, red light therapy and cupping. Dr Jean did a consultation and was very nice. In serious neck and arm pain and getting minimal relief from massage & medicine so I looked elsewhere and am so thankful I did. Had a brief consultation to discuss my issues and their recommendations. I've had acupuncture before but this was my first experience with cupping. I felt safe, relaxed and comfortable throughout the entire process. After the acupuncture, large heated pillows were placed on my back for approx 5 mins then the cupping began. 16 glass cupping bulbs were placed on my back and I was left alone in the room another 10 mins or so then the cups were gently removed. I have range of motion again and some pain relief. The recommended treatment is 2 times a week for 6 weeks. If you're thinking of trying acupuncture or cupping I'd suggest coming here! read more

I was experiencing hives for several months that would sometimes cause facial swelling. Western medicine doctors told me to keep taking antihistamines, which I felt wasn't a good long term solution. Decided to resort to TCM for answers. They took me in as a walk-in, I had a consultation with Jean and then proceeded to receive weekly electro-acupuncture, cupping, and herbal meds. The acupuncture sessions were super relaxing; I would almost always fall asleep and often times, looked forward to coming in just to get some rest. Jean's assistant, Linda was very fun to talk to. After acupuncture, I'd receive a hot compress on my back before receiving fire cupping. It was painful at first but became therapeutic during subsequent visits. After three months of weekly treatment, I'm happy to say I rarely break out in hives now. I no longer have to rely on antihistimines and I've also learned alot about how to better take care of my body. BELLS PALSY REVIEW On March 19, 2023, I was sent to emergency because half of my face (left side) was not moving. I got diagnosed with bells palsy and was given medication for 7 days. I went to my primary care on March 25th to get consultation. I was told to go to acupuncture. My father started searching for acupuncture and he found Natural Acupuncture & Cupping Center of Dr. Jean. We went straight to Arcadia and had my first session. I had a consultation with Dr Jean and was assisted by Joseph and Linda who are all very kind. Dr Jean recommended to come for 8 sessions twice a week which I made my schedule for every Sat & Sun. April 2 - For my 4th session, I can feel a little 'tingly' on my face like the nerve is working. April 8 - 5th session: I can smile but not completely stretched. I can move my nose. I can't puck my lips fully so kind of middle of my face went okay. April 9 - 6th session: this session I seen more results because I got to lift my eyebrows and I can wink. I got to puck my lips again after the week of my 6th session. April 15 - 7th session: This session I feel like I was just coming because it was recommended to do 8 sessions hahaha. I realized that after each session my nerves just develops and one part will be okay but not fully. At this time I can wink but not strong enough like my right side but within the week before my last session everything felt normal again. April 23 - 8th session: I'm writing this review after my last session today. I felt so excited because I finished my journey of having bells palsy. I have known Jing Liang for several years now. Jing has been treating myself, my wife and one of our sons for the past  several years. Jing continues to surprise me. No matter what health challenges I presented to Jing, she's always proved to be knowledgeable and capable of accomplishing lasting results. I had been looking for a good acupuncturist for a while before I found Jean. There are many of them out there, but often times it's hard to tell if they are good or not. But the first time I went to see Jean, she was able to tell my symptoms just by getting my pulse - the way doctors of Chinese medicine diagnose. I was shocked, and impressed. After the treatment, I went home that day and had a full night sleep for 7 hours without waking up, and I felt rested and energetic in the morning - a rare thing for me for a long time. I was thrilled! Since then, I have been taking my family to see her, including the kids. The kids are not thrilled about getting acupunctures, but they are willing to go anyways. They love the heat treatment and the cupping (not the first few times, but they now love it). I myself go see her regularly, and am definitely feeling the improvement. This was my first experience with accupuncture with electrotherapy and cupping. I will have to say Jane is a god send. My right shoulder had an old injury from weight lifting which I believe was nerve damage. She put some music for her patients. During the acupuncture session, she clips on electro current cables on the needles (20-30mins), heating pad (20-30mins), cupping (15-20mins) she also applies some types of Chinese herbs before cuppings to help with the burn and help the cups stick. I've been going to Dr. Jean for almost 2 years now. At first, I went to fix my painful neck because she advertises herself as pain management specialist. The neck problem improvement tremendously just after 1 session. I continued going for another 3 sessions to try to get rid of the neck pain completely. During the course of that time, I discussed my other health problems with Dr. Jean. She's very confident that she will be able to help me. We started the healing process, and my problematic digestive system torture slowly went away. Nowadays I still go back for health maintenance.
