Then they need to have the ID sent electronically to verify insurance, or you have to bring it in first before an appointment can be scheduled. The service might be great, that I don't know and it's hard enough going to the doctor, but have to go in to take them your ID and then still wait for an appointment. That's just way too much.! That's too much I'll just go somewhere else.

She gave me the same response. I stated that I was in a lot of pain. She said that the doctor would be reviewing it soon. I made another call. The responses were always the same. This went on and on. I made 5 calls to the clinic. I dont know what the hell was going on, but as to date,I've never heard back from this pain clinic. Is this the way to treat people who are in pain? This is shameful. I'd never refer anyone to this clinic. I wonder if they will ever "wake up?"

However, the receptionist told me they couldn't accommodate me. I asked them to check with the PA on duty, Johana, to see if an exception could be made. I watched as the receptionist spoke to Johana at the check-out counter, deliberately blocking my view. The receptionist returned and said I would need to wait for my scheduled appointment two days later. When Friday arrived, I met with Austin and shared my experience. Instead of addressing my concerns, Austin dismissed it and simply asked how they could help me now. Previously, I preferred seeing Austin because I felt they genuinely cared, but that was not the case this time. I am deeply disappointed with this office and have already contacted my provider to request care from another facility.
