I was a little nervous going in but Dina makes sure to walk you through everything ahead of time and prep you, as well as answer any questions you may have. The procedure itself wasn't bad, it took about 2 hours and Dina does everything she can to make sure you are comfortable. As she is measuring things out she checks with you throughout to make sure you're happy with the shape, which is great to have the option to give feedback however I didn't have to because what she traces out was exactly what I was looking for. I originally booked my brow appointment for July 4th. I agreedeven though the change was initiated by the business. Then the day before my rescheduled appointment, they messaged saying my brow artist had a family emergency and that I would be seeing a different artist instead. I didn't see the message until the following morning and therefore never confirmed the change. At that point my appointment had already been changed once because the salon was closing on the original date and now the artist was changing again. Rather than proceed with an appointment that had changed multiple times due to circumstances outside of my control, I decided to cancel. I understand the salon's response will likely be that my appointment date and time remained the same, that they notified me of the artist change and that I canceled within their same day cancellation window. They also explained that their policy allows for a 100% same day cancellation fee and that they only charged me 50% as a courtesy. I don't dispute that they have a cancellation policy. My issue is with how it was applied in this situation. This wasn't a typical last minute cancellation where everything remained as originally booked. The business had already rescheduled my appointment once because they were closing and then changed my artist less than 24 hours before the appointment. I never confirmed that I was comfortable with that change before being charged. Emergencies happen and I don't fault my original brow artist for having a family emergency. My disappointment is with the decision to enforce a cancellation fee despite the multiple changes initiated by the business. In my opinion greater flexibility would have been the fairer approach. I disputed the charge with my bank and chose not to rebook. While I can't speak to the quality of their brow services, I can only review my own experience as a customer and unfortunately it left me disappointed with how the situation was handled.

The place was easy to get to and there is plenty of parking as well. When I walked inside, it was literally the cutest shop I have ever seen. Very modern and clean. I met with Danielle to get started and she was very nice to work with. She cared about what I liked and don't like when it came to my eyebrows. The process took about an hour and I felt very relaxed the whole time. My eyebrows came out absolutely beautiful and exactly how I wanted them. This costed me about $150 but with tip about $180 out the door, which is so worth it to have amazing brows! I will definitely be back. I then grew them out, went for my second time and the owners right hand lady was in there and she did a great job and then I went today and there were two ladies I've never seen before, and the lady completely butchered my eyebrows one is thinner than the other one is shorter than the other, and she tried to say at the end of when I got out of the chair that one of my eyebrows was thinner than the other, which that's not the case one of my eyebrows is longer than the other, but you can barely tell and the owner would always just leaves a little bit of extra hair on the end. I'm so upset my birthday is next week. My eyebrows looks terrible.
