These guys are great, they have done a great job on my backyard and have come out multiple times to check and see if the yard is doing well. We hired Milosi for a front yard micro farm to table. They never obtained the proper permits. They presented a fly through video of a completed project. Our project is laughably nothing like the video. Our project was never completed and our outside kitchen never installed so we have planter boxes in the middle of our front yard, with no kitchen next to them in which to provide a table. They gave us incomplete bids, saying they were waiting for a contractors pricing for irrigation and lighting. As it turned out the same little Mexican crew (sweetest people) provided everything, lighting, grading, demo, irrigation. They separated our landscape plan from our kitchen, because they needed to order plant materials immediately to complete our project in 3 weeks in April. There never was an intention of completing or installing our kitchen. We never did receive a kitchen bid. Milosi tore up our front yard and told us construction would be completed with in 3 weeks. The project really never was completed, but dead sod was laid 3 months later, in late June in 89 degree weather and they forgot to turn the new irrigation on. Plant materials were way smaller than proposed. Some plant materials never delivered. The owner Taylor Milikin came to our home after a litany of complaints and never followed through on any issues. They were to install a pea gravel area with string lights and fruit trees and no fruit trees were ever planted, as it turns out the area they proposed was too small for the # of trees they were to plant. String lights were half installed and left hanging. A small vineyard with table grapes were installed without trellises or stakes and the grape plants sprawled all over the ground and became diseased within months. Strawberries were planted in the ground, not high enough to keep the fruit off the ground. Raspberries were planted on a slope getting too much water and no soil amendment and died immediately. They put in plants without amending soil. They did not amend the soil for sod installation and the sod came so many months after demo it was laid in a field of weeds. You can imagine the utter mess we deal with now. Project managers would not return calls or texts. They installed 7 individual beds into our sod requiring much maintenance in grass trimming. The whole project was and is a huge nightmare. No, I do not recommend Milosi. Culture of integrity comes from ownership and they do not have honest business practices. They do not have a thoughtful design team. Buyer beware. read more

Milosi is the company that PSMT (Property Solutions Management of Tennessee) uses to manage our development in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. They take care of our grass, landscaping and irrigation system. We are a very small community and our lawns are half dead, there are weeds everywhere and there are broken sprinkler heads spraying straight into the sky. I walk through my neighborhood and wonder if Milosi's management would drive a prospective client through our streets to show off their work ethic and management. I am appalled at the lack of pride people have these days in the product they deliver. read more

We had a birthday party coming up and needed a good bit of white rock delivered in a few days. These guys worked overtime and made it happen, it's so rare to get this level of service with any company let alone the landscape industry. They also do our lawn maintenance and they put in our irrigation at our home, I'm very pleased with their service and would recommend them. Also just as a side point, nobody asked me to post a review here, I just saw a 3.5 star rating when I was looking up their phone number and thought I had to say something. read more

I paid 3 times what I normally pay to have my yard aerated, de-thatched , and overseeded by this company to try them out. They did not aerate properly and had to come back to re-aerate only after I pointed out that very little plugs were even pulled at all. Now the yard has many areas where little to no seed have germinated and grown. It is almost like little to no seed was applied. They say they do not guarantee any see germination so I am out now another expense to overseeding again. I will never use this company again. read more

Milosi so did work on our next door neighbor's land. It was a pond improvement project. The work was slow, unimpressive and miscommunicated (after all of us meeting several times). The wrong materials were used and caused major flooding on our property, including washing away thousands of dollars in barn footing and driveway. They also destroyed much of our pasture area (which they promised they would reseed). Its been over a month with empty promises "to make it right" and nothing has been done. I can't imagine running a business this way. All we are left with is mud and washout and more stuff to repair! read more

I'm sure they do great work. They are also very polite and in the past have addressed issues in a very timely matter. However, being their neighbor and sharing the same waterline has its setbacks. For instance, every time they fill a truck or the sprinklers are on at their Hendersonville location we have no water. I have replaced the fill valve at least seven times this year and a $700 washing machine (about a year old) that was blown up from the air in the lines and the warranty would not cover it as it was considered abuse and misuse. They put in a check valve as soon as I spoke with them about that issue. I bought another new washing machine. But still whenever their water is going we have none. Tonight we haven't had any water since around 3 pm today and its almost 11 pm and their sprinklers are still on. I guess somebody forgot to turn them off. Som there will be no showers tonight for us as their voicemail just does a loop and tells of an unreachable extension read more

Milosi was prompt to respond to all of our calls and work with us to help configure the best solution for water run off on our property. They promptly responded, were on time for the job and ahead of schedule. The quality of their work was well above par as was the training model for bringing on new employees.
