BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY, they are fraudulent. We are reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. In short, we paid $9,000 for a brand new irrigation system in July of 2021 and they installed a 13 year old used or rebuilt back flow valve without the wye strainer. They are not addressing the issue of using a used 13 yr old leaky warped device instead of a brand new one of which we paid. All they need to do, to rectify this situation, is reimburse us $1,165.90 which is a more than fair request and way to remedy their misconduct. read more

Hire this company at your own risk. This guy isn't trust worthy , He charged me a thousand dollars over everybody else but I still hired him. He put me a water drain system in, instead of digging a trench where my sprinkler system was he used a piece of machinery and cut my water line to my sprinkler system and didn't tell me and didn't show back up for four days and that's after I called and let him know that I would get someone else. Then he told me that he was going to charge me for fixing my sprinkler system that he broke and that he would stop working if I didn't agree. Now I have to pay another company to come and fix his mess ups and pay my lawyer to sue his company. Just a head ache. This guy Is a Wack job. read more

DO NOT USE under any circumstances. We have reported them to MNPD as my husband caught them crawling around our neighbors lawn at night in the dark with a headlamp on. After he jumped in his pickup and sped off we discovered he had cut/removed irrigation equipment and also shut off the water to her house leaving her with no water and having to get/pay for an emergency plumber. All over an old invoice dispute from many months ago apparently. read more

This was a horrible experience. Thomas refused to install system according to my planned flower beds and trees (new house). Said he could come back in a year or two as plants grew. Tore up underground drainage and didn't repair as promised. Then he charged me an extra $500 when he wanted final check. Seems he didn't include part of the equipment in the bid. I asked him how long he knew that wasn't on there. He replied "from day one"! And he was then a thousand dollars more than another established, reputable company! AND he threatened to sue me if I didn't pay an additional $140 for changing two of the heads where I asked him to place them. So stressful and sad. read more

The man who came to do our repair seemed competent, but he was overly confident and condescending to me. Maybe because I am a woman? Not sure. I don't doubt his capabilities, but he made comments like "I am the only guy who does this in town" and "I have been doing this for 12 years" when I raised legitimate concerns about his warranty plan. He does not like to be questioned. It's unfortunate that in 12 years, he has not learned to speak to customers with respect. My hope is that we can find someone different for our needs in the future (fingers crossed). read more

Awful service. Quotes one price but adds on after the job has started. Is not dependable. Comes in late in the day and works after dark.

We have used several previous companies but were disappointed in results. It just never worked 100 per cent. But then we found Thomas and Golden Landscapes. We are so pleased! Thomas really knows what he is doing. After several years of dealing with a faulty system and even after having our yard dug up for a new sewer line, Thomas has made it all work!
