We went back and forth on the phone for about seven minutes over a simple request: arranging the follow-up call I had already been told to expect. I had to ask multiple times before she finally agreed to have the doctor call me directly. When I asked when I could expect the call, she told me the doctor is "busy all day, every day" and couldn't provide even a general timeframe. That response was unprofessional and unnecessary. I completely understand that doctors are busy but basic communication and courtesy should still apply. This interaction made an already stressful situation worse. I hope management addresses how patients are spoken to, because no one should have to push this hard just to receive follow-up.

When I first called, I was offered a virtual consultation the following day, which I completed thinking I would be able to schedule an in-office visit shortly after. However, I was told the next available appointment was about a month away. Although that was frustrating, I still scheduled it. Later, my sister received a follow-up text from the office about confirming an appointment. She also had reached out to inquire about Invisalign. But By that time they finally replied to her, she had already decided to move forward with another dental office, so she asked if I could take that available slot instead. The office replied saying that would be fine. However, when I was about five minutes away from the office, the receptionist, Hannah, called and said there had been some confusion and that I should keep my original appointment. That was extremely frustrating because I had already rearranged my schedule and was on my way. It didn't make sense that I was told I could come in if I ultimately couldn't be seen to conduct the appointment in its entirety. When I eventually had my appointment, the doctor and the back-of-house staff were very kind and professional. The visit itself was going well, and I told the doctor I wanted to move forward with Invisalign. I was then told it would take about four weeks for the trays to come in. I've had Invisalign before and know it often takes closer to two weeks, but I was still willing to proceed. The biggest issue came when discussing payment. I was given four payment options, and I asked if I could use my dental insurance and pay the remaining balance with my CareCredit card. I was told that wasn't possible. They mentioned they asked the doctor and apologized, but the answer remained no. I've never experienced a dental office being so restrictive about how a patient chooses to pay. It also makes the promotion offered very misleading considering that's not what's advertised. Overall, while the doctor and clinical staff were pleasant, the confusing scheduling, poor communication, and inflexible payment policies made the entire experience frustrating and ultimately felt like a waste of time. I had a 4:00 PM appointment and arrived 5 minutes late, but I was told they wouldn't see me. This was surprising since the office policy includes a 15-minute grace period. In most professional settings, a courtesy window is standard, so being turned away entirely felt unprofessional. I understand how important time management is. What's frustrating is that in the past, I've arrived early and still waited over 15 minutes to be seen. So it seems patients are expected to wait, but the same grace isn't extended to them. When I called to speak with the manager about what happened, I spoke with Stephanie. The first thing I asked was how long the grace period is, and she told me 15 minutes. But as soon as I explained my situation, she quickly changed her response to, "Oh, well, since it was the last appointment of the day, there's no grace period." That kind of inconsistency is disappointing and unprofessional. I understand everyone wants to go home after a long day -- I do too -- but today it truly felt like someone's bad day was taken out on me, and that's not how loyal patients should be treated. I was there for a total of one hour and ten minutes and the whole time had 4 X-rays done and a 10 min doctor appointment, again NO cleaning. Clearly I should've checked the reviews before coming here. One pro, the dental assistant and trainee were both very nice and helpful, it's not their fault this place is so poorly run and has such poor communication coming from the back office. While waiting for my appointment I also overheard a woman who was surprised by a $613 balance she had on her account despite having been there only two months prior. The whole thing just felt kind of shady. Would avoid.
