In fact, after telling me that there was a two-month waiting list, once I approved the estimate, they showed up to begin the job just two days later. Not sure how that happened, but I'm not complaining. Steven, the job foreman, was very professional and highly skilled, notwithstanding his youth. Why do people I meet keep getting younger? He is a perfectionist, a virtue which you rarely encounter with home contractors. He even helped guide me with the color selection. I threw him a few curve balls during the job, and he did everything I asked him to do with a smile. He and his crew were on time every day, and were all polite, neat, and hard-working. They are acrobats on high ladders, and barely dripped a drop of paint where it didn't belong. The finished job looks great, and exceeded my expectations. It is also worth mentioning that Wilber's guarantees the durability of the paint job for three years. All the others who bid offered a two year guarantee. I can't speak to their other services, but I would hire Wilber's again for a major painting project, and recommend them.

Most recently a basement overhaul to use the space as a social/entertaining area. As with earlier projects, we are totally pleased with all aspects of their work. They tiled the entire floor area, painted the walls and installed new lighting. They even installed a large wall TV. While I have no reason to doubt the negative reviews, that has never been our experience. I would not hesitate to contact them for projects in the future.

Note, I didn't rely on Elite to choose colors, I spent hours doing that on my own. You have a project manager, texts to remind you of appointments and follow-ups to check with your satisfaction while they are painting. And the jobs are simply excellent. Friends complain about seeing brush strokes, windows that are painted shut, paint drips on the floor. I never had to worry about this. The work is exemplary. I can recommend them without hesitation.

They respected the property and the gardens surrounding my property. They cleaned up and kept things organized from our daily routine and for themselves. The workers were so kind and generous with their time and patience as I inspected their work and made specific requests as they were working (drain pipes painted one color or the other, foundation painted and repainted a different color, and details by the entrance doorways and small spaces missed). They would not leave unless I (we were) was satisfied. The whole experience from quote to last walkthrough inspection was professional and courteous. Every employee had great workmanship and ethics. We had several neighbors ask for their card because of the quality of their work and efficiency.
