We ordered here through Uber eats. It was prepped on time and came within the time frame indicated. The pizza was a bit on the cold side when it arrived however the poutine was still really hot, probably because of the gravy Food: we were craving comfort food and ordered the classic Angus burger, large poutine, onion rings and a medium size Margherita pizza. Burger: with the toppings we chose it tasted just like McDonald. It was delicious and there was plenty of toppings like pickles and hot peppers Large poutine: this could easily feed 3-4 people as a side. It was a big on the salty side but it really hit the spot Onion rings: they were still very crispy even despite it being delivered. Also very generous portion Margherita pizza: we ordered regular crust and it was delicious. The price was right and the flavours were really nice. read more

Worst costumer service I have ever experienced. Pizza took 1.5 hours to arrive. Cold pizza. Worst part the owner is very disrespectful to his costumers. No explanation as to why pizza is late, besides "it's Valentine's Day what do you expect" hangs up the phone on you. When asked for an update where the pizza is - he says I'll call you back and hangs up. Never calls back. End up calling for a third time to find out what is going on. His attitude is poor and has no respect or appreciation for anyone. Just appalled at his attitude. Hopefully you can reflect on the way you treat your customers and learn from your mistakes. read more

This place won't even deliver to a home 6.7 kms away while charging a $5.99 delivery fee unless you spend at least $25!!!! My order with the ridicules delivery fee is just over $28 dollars and they don't want the business. Can you imagine. Stay away!!! read more

Horrible customer service. Repeated order over phone twice. When we received our order it wasn't what we had ordered. Called and talked to the owner, he said he would make a new pizza but we would have to pay for another full order and hung up on us twice. Have ordered from them since the day they opened, however will not support this business any longer. read more

The Pizza Sauce was VERY bland. Absolutely no seasoning or flavour. A shame really because the crust was cooked nicely. Just right, and the toppings were fresh. If this place wants to last in Milton were restaurants open and close day in and day out I have two recommendations as an experienced hotel and restaurant auditor. Season your sauce. A bit of oregano, basil of course and a smidge if garlic add a splash of kosher salt sprinkled before the toppings and voila. Make it fresh using crished Roma tomatoes and you will have a dynamite pizza I also suggest having daily specials. Lots of competition in the pizza market in this town read more

Absolute best pizza in Milton! It's not a fancy looking restaurant and I wouldn't want to dine in but the pizza is yum! Don't waste your time on other crappy pizza places and go here! I haven't tried the pasta. Wings are meh so don't waste your calories (too small). Also love the beef fries supreme but ask for extra sour cream. read more

My boyfriend and I ordered some late night bites from here and were very pleasantly surprised with what we got. Order-in pizza can be dodgy and sometimes even pricey, but what we received was delicious, and of great quality for the price. We ordered a pizza, wings and a customized salad. Everything was delicious and exceeded expectations. Yum :) Next time we'll have to try some pasta! read more

The lasagna here is great. It might seem obvious, but plenty of places just don't get it right. They bake in a stone oven so the pizza crust is always nice and crispy. Everything tastes really good. One thing you may want to know is that there aren't any pork products on the menu -- pepperoni, sausage, bacon... all beef products. Because of that I don't always order the pizza, but when I do I certainly don't regret it. read more

Ordered Greek Florentine Pizza and a small meat lasagna for take-out. Delicious! The lasagna was done just right, the right amount of sauce, meat and cheese. The pizza? Forgetaboutit! Crust was not too doughy or chewy like the rubbery Pizza Pizza. Extra large was gone just like that! In Milton, I would recommend this place to everyone. read more

We just got home from having lunch at Luigi's and we were very pleased with both the quality and quantity of food. Our eldest Granddaughter is very fussy and she absolutely loved the pizza and already asked if we can go back next weekend. The youngest ordered the spaghetti with meat sauce and I asked the cook if he could split it into 2 containers as there is no way she could have eaten it all and she is spaghetti freak. I tried some of hers and it will be something I will get on one of our next visits. Fresh garlic on the pizza made it the best I have had in a long time. read more

I am appalled by the despicable service I received from your delivery driver. I ordered at around 10 pm on the 12th of November, 2017 (Sunday). I was delivered the food and as I was paying for my order (34.85$) by cash, I gave the driver 35 dollars and when he asked me about the 15 cents change, I said that I do not need it and as I was in the process of retrieving some more change for him to give him a tip, he became extremely defensive, condescending, and flat out rude claiming that he is not begging for a tip and asking me what he'd do with 15 cents, then he had the audacity to ask me if I knew how high gas prices were. His IMPATIENCE COST HIM my tip and absolutely ruined my food experience with Luigi. Please check if your delivery drivers are up to standard and if they even want to work as a delivery driver. Not depressed and desperate like the guy who delivered. Absolutely despicable service. read more
