No scratches on a car's finish like other car washes that employ spinning brushes. The car wash at this location is great! You pay via a machine prior to entering the car wash. Once inside and centered (lights will direct you accordingly), the pre-soak begins, and depending on what level of 'clean/protection' you pay for, the entire process takes about ten (10) minutes or so. If there are already number cars in line, be prepared to exercise patience as the car washing process takes time, then of course there are some people have no idea as to how to use their credit/debit cards in the machine even though directions are quite clear. Oh well, I digress. Great car washing system that uses high powered water pressure vs brushes. If the line is long, run into the store and grab a slurpy/icee or your favorite beverage. Prices run from about $8.00 (basic wash) to $12.00 (wash, wax, undercarriage spray & paint protectant). Real touchless car washing.

It is not the first gas station off the highway, but has a clear entry (I entered on 348th). Easy drive-up/out access to the pumps, not difficult to maneuver it or out which is nice. The food/snack store was a good size, but I didn't stop. I was on a mission to get home before 10 p.m. if I could (I started my day's driving adventure at 4:33 a.m.). The pumps themselves had novel nozzles I hadn't seen before. Fun to try it out and see how they worked. Pumping was smooth and there was minimal drippage when the tank was full and I took the nozzle out. The fuel types were arranged least expensive/regular on the right with supreme/most expensive on the left, typically I have found the ordering to be in the opposite direction (from left to right) so keep an eye on which option you choose for your car. The area around the pumps, window washing supplies/trash can, and the ground were all clean. I enjoyed the final screen after paying that said "Thank you, Please come again" with a picture of a house on it. Yes, the drive continues!

The store is organized and clean no matter what time of day you stop by. I saw that they had the Japanese egg salad sandwiches here but I didn't get it this time as I was there to redeem a free Slurpee. They always have a good amount of hot food items available too, especially in comparison to the one I went to where they just didn't stock or have much. The Slurpee machines are working just fine and they always have a lot of flavors available. Definitely one of the better 7/11's in the Federal Way and just in general as I have seen and been in much more dirtier, unfriendly, and not well managed locations.

There must've been a hundred cars or more attempting to move in & out on Monday, April 6, 2026. The biggest problem are customers making left turns, all of which should be eliminated. At the traffic light intersection on Enchanted Park Hwy. cars making left turns towards the gas pumps cause a horrendous back-up as there's less than 100' or so from the traffic light. There should be cones/barriers & signage prohibiting left turns. Additionally, vehicles exiting the gas pumps should be prohibited from making left turns there as it creates a hazardous condition. As cars exit the main parking lot, while heading north, drivers attempt to make left hand turns to enter the traffic lane of vehicles already in line, causing additional headaches and frustration. Barriers/cones/curbing & signage should be installed to prevent left turns there. Many customers have already figured out it's safer & creates less congestion to take the lane of traffic off Enchanted Lake Hwy. (adjacent to Olive Garden Restaurant) which offers right hand turns into the lane proceeding to the gas pumps. Left hand turns are the bane of traffic flow. I'm not an engineer, but having retired from Law Enforcement after 30-years. My knowledge & experiences with traffic control would help the shopping experience at COSTCO Federal Way.
