It pissed me off, because the clerk SHOULD HAVE/COULD HAVE told me she just those out and they might not be hot. But no, instead she took my money and didn't say a thing about the only two hotdogs being cold. I'll NEVER go in here again when she's working!!! They slice all their meats and cheeses first thing in the morning and the bread comes in every other day to make sure that the customer gets nothing but the best truly an amazing product. That day, unleaded fuel price was $3.85/gallon. I was attempting to reap my $.20cent reward which should give me a price of $3.65/gallon, however, there was issue with the pump not reflecting the discounted price. So I re-attempted again the purchase off the Shell app and I was notified that I had already utilized my reward which was incorrect. I hadn't even fueled my vehicle yet. Ultimately, the pump only provided me with a $.05cent discount. I was not happy at all. I addressed and reported the issue with Shell Fuel rewards via email and they are currently investigating this. One of the previous reviews indicated that pumps #2, #4 and #12 do not provide you with your rewards. I have definitely made note of this for my future visits. I hope this merchant improves this issue asap. I've also purchased their meatballs on a stick for my snack on the road. It was delicious.
